You can do a 8 minute exercise that is exactly the same every single day. BORING! anything different you have to pay for $.99/day which is close to $361 for the year. Sure you can get it cheaper if you give them all your money at once but who knows whether the other activities are good or not.

I have change my review from what i previously said about the support, the developers reached out and resolved all my questions, this i one of the best workout apps, the way it allows you to customize, the workouts and also to use your own music playlist from YouTube is amazing, it gives a truly full body work out, looking forward to future updates, from this creative team, keep up the good work. Thanks

I'm have been doing the free 8 minute routines for a few days and its fun. However I have to agree with the other reviews of complicated and confusing menus. I also cannot figure out how to exit the app. Pressing the meta buttons merely reposition the XR menus. I also have bad knees and cannot do deep squats. How can i configure the game so it stops asking me to squat.

Loved it. Was happy I bought it. But after taking a break from my oculus it is randomly acting like I am not signed into it and giving me no option or direction to recover my sign in. It’s ridiculous and feels like I am being screwed and I am pissed

If you’re looking to shed some pounds without diving into intense workouts, especially heavy cardio, this VR app is a game-changer. It’s incredibly well-designed for low-impact exercises that still get your heart rate up in a fun, immersive way—think guided movements and virtual adventures that feel more like play than punishment. The simplicity is its strength: everything is straightforward, and you can easily customize your routines, whether it’s tweaking intensity, duration, or specific exercises to suit your fitness level. That said, the only downside I’ve noticed after grabbing the subscription is occasional glitches—nothing game-breaking, but they can pop up. Overall, if you’re after effective, non-grueling weight loss in VR, this app delivers big time. Highly recommended!
