In Towers and Powers you’ll find yourself in an ancient land surrounded by the beautiful landscape, elegant buildings, mythical creatures and… chaos! These gorgeous places are under attack! As one of the gods, you’ll have to save your residents and keep their islands from falling. But the rules forbid you from intervening directly… So what can you do? Only one thing is left: take your powers in your hands!
Create your own teams of peasants, priests, warriors and magicians, decide which buildings they need, use your powers to defend allies and trap foes. Took me a couple tries to get past the tutorial as I couldn't trigger the magic spell on the Quest 3. I moved my hand per instructed (shows a Quest 2 control rather than 3), the red 'mist' shows up, but it was not being executed. Turns out that the gesture was not being properly recognized. For those struggling with executing magic, try do a single circle arc gesture rather than continuous circle movements. Dev please update to make it more clear. Besides that, if you like tower defense games, this is a lot of fun.

I’ve never played a tower defense game quite like this, the mechanic of mixing and matching different units to create specific towers. Also, when one lane is getting heavily attacked, you can reinforce it by moving units around. It really does give the player more control and it should be used in more game. Glad I got this game. A sequel would be welcome.

The game is very well made and fun to play with. One can build different towers by stacking different builders on top of each other, which I find quite neat and unique. It's also well made for VR as one can take damaging energy balls and throw them on the path, making it a more immersive experience. I'm at level 10 at the moment and can imagine that 15 levels might feel a bit short in the end. I hope the developers either add more levels or develop a sequel to this lovely game. Overall, I definitely recommend this game to any tower defense and/or VR enthusiasts ☺️

I've been searching for a good tower defense game in VR for 7 years and this is finally it. Unlike most TD games you can build/dismantle/edit towers on the fly. Tower types are determined by the units you place on them such as monk, warrior, mage etc. Different combinations have different attacks and attributes so you can create exactly what you want. Edit towers instantly, no build time or cooldowns. There's also a range of magic you can use with gestures, defensive structures and even throwable objects so there's a great balance of physical immersion along with tower defense. This is surprisingly under the radar for such an amazing game, as a PCVR gamer this one of the few Quest games I love, one of my favourites overall and one I'll be playing long-term.

It's in my top 3 tower defense game, including every platform. It makes you think and experiment, combining towers is a great idea. And the best part is you are not bored during a wave, you constantly have to deploy fences, cast magic, catch cannonballs or even reposition your troops. The difficulty is also excellent, hard but not impossible.
