Excellent App / superb customer support

Club Pilates has become my favorite workout App. I am 63 and feeling my age. Some of the workouts are challenging but it feels as if the trainers are right there and they do give alternatives for those of us struggling. Best of all, I can do my workout when it suits me. I had a problem with some exercise modules not loading. I sent a message to Litesport. They responded promptly and I am delighted that the problem was sorted. I have purchased Stretch Lab as well. Club Pilates however is number one in my list!

Excellent - adapted for headset

This is excellent. I was a little sceptical about whether or not my headset would get in the way. It didn’t, and not only that, there were suggestions on how to make yourself more comfortable with the headset. It was great having the choice to choose a mixed reality experience, or be part of the room. Everything is explained well, and I can see the muscle groups being targeted on the right. But, by far THE BEST thing about this, is that I can see the instructor if I look up/down/left/right. I am never left guessing when the movement has been completed, or what movement I should be turning towards next. This was always the problem with trying to work out with video content on the tv. I paid full price, and didn’t get this on any promotion - but I feel it has been worth every penny.

Awesome App ! Definitely recommend !

I'm new to Pilates and this program allows me to learn with my virtual instructor all around me. It seems really good for a beginner and would assume someone who is more advanced as the instructors talk about how to do each move and how to make it more difficult for those who's body's may be more flexible then mine. Each of the classes are broken down into short time frames (10, 15, 20 mins) and are much easier for me to accomplish.

Amazing!!!!

This is the workout app I've been waiting for! I've tried many others, but this one really gives me a full-body workout, not just focusing on my arms. I love how I can do exercises like bridges on the floor and feel the benefits all over. Initially, I was concerned about being able to see the instructor clearly while wearing the headset, but that worry quickly disappeared. No matter the angle, I could see the instructor perfectly—even when I had my head down doing a cat/cow stretch, the instructor’s video appeared between my hands on the mat! I’m excited to try more classes!

Love it as a Newbie to Pilates

Completely new to pilates and gave it a go with Club Pilates. Absolutely love it and that's purely down to this app. Started pilates due to getting lower back pain and it's disappeared after only a few sessions. I find some of the workouts to be absolutely fab and would love a way to favourite them or mark them so I know which one it was. Trying to do the hundred for instance is a killer but I've no idea what workout it was that had that exercise in it. Also, might be nice to see what level some of the workouts are aimed at. The 20 minute core I've just done was on a different level to all the other workouts I've done (4+ months now). Anyway - LOVE IT!
