A Must-Have for every Digital Sculptor!

Shapelab Max standalone brings everything I love about the PCVR version into a portable format. The freedom to sculpt anywhere without being tied to a PC is quite amazing. There’s no cable setup or desk commitment. You just put the headset on and start creating. Performance will always depend on the headset hardware, but considering it’s running standalone, I’ve been extremely impressed. The passthrough mode especially has changed how I use it. Being able to sculpt while still seeing my surroundings feels natural and practical. I can stay present, talk with my family, and still get work done without feeling cut off from the world. For me, it’s worth every penny, and I can’t recommend it enough. Sculpting in VR is by far the most intuitive way to create. It feels much closer to traditional sculpting, where you can truly see and shape the forms in front of you. Shapelab Max makes that experience accessible wherever you are.

VR Sculpting at Its Best

ShapeLab is my main tool for work now, and I honestly can’t imagine my workflow without it anymore. It just feels natural in a way very few tools do. What makes it even better is the team behind it - the developers are super active and are constantly improving the software, which really shows. And honestly, I still think VR sculpting is the best thing that has ever happened to VR :)) It doesn’t feel like a gimmick - it feels like something truly powerful, inspiring, and genuinely useful for artists.

Awesome

Shapelab Max is awesome ! It’s really easy, comfortable and fun to use. It’s also powerfull, I thought it would only handle a low polygons count but I went far over 1 million and it stayed smooth enought to be comfortable to use ! I also tried to make it crash on purpose by making booleans between two weirdly shaped complex objects that were over 800,000 polygons each but it didn’t crash and the operation was quickly resolved! I used the desktop computer version of Shapelab a lot and this standalone headset version offers the same tools. Shapelab is a dream come true for sculptors!

Game changing sculpting software

Shapelab has been a game changer for me. I cannot recommend it enough. I've used it to create custom miniatures for my board game company and they are selling well, and I've since created a successful ETSY store where I create custom dnd miniatures using Shapelab. I never quite got my head around other software untill I found Shapelab. There's a wonderfully helpful and vibrant dischord channel and fantastic tech support. 10/10

The freedom of creation flows freely

Absolutely incredible product. I had the desktop version and intended to use it wired with a VR headset, but once I saw that they would be supporting the full version wirelessly on Quest, I had to try that first. I was blown away by how quickly it dropped me into creating, and how intuitive the controls were to pick up. 11/10, would happily purchase again (and I have, along with another headset for my wife)
