Plagued by children

In order to make this review i set some requirements for my self, play 30 games and write about the experience. So i did just that, heres what i came up with Out of 30 rounds i only came across 2 people who sounded the correct age to own a virtual reality headset (which is 13) most of the people i eliminated accused me of hacking. Which isnt suprising because 99% of of the community is around 8-9 years old. These kids are extremely annoying and rude. There is very little content and that mixed with the toxic community, i dont recommend

Foul mouth players make it unplayable

My son enjoyed the game, however it didn’t take long before we realized that other players really ruin the experience by their poor langage. We started playing it with the sound off, but that ruined the overall experience as well. Refunded.

Pros. - The Game Is Very Polished. - You Won’t Struggle Finding Matches At Reasonable Hours. - The Insane Movement System Is Something You’ll Never Get Tired Of. - They’ve Provided Settings To Accommodate Any Player. - The Dev Team Is Oh So Active In Their Discord, & Along With The Community, They’re Always Willing To Give A Helping Hand. I’m A Very Competitive Gamer With High Standards & I’d Gladly Recommend This Game To Absolutely Anyone. Cons. - The Squeakers….

Lifelong Dream Come True

This game is the manifestation of everything I wanted as a child. Taking NERF blasters to the park, curating detailed rules for our battles, pretending to park our across playground and couch cushions - it all led up to NERF Ultimate Championship. Long review incoming, but tldr: you should get this game. Obviously the standout part of this game is the blasters. Modeled after real-life NERF blasters, each one has a unique feel and style. Though the reloading took me a minute to get used to, it mimics irl NERF blasters perfectly. Each blast should be precise - no room to be careless in a NERF fight so intense! The designs of these blasters were wonderfully thought out. Then, the movement. Jumping, running, and crouching come easily and allow for smooth movement around the map. But the best part? The wall running! It's smooth, slick, and satisfying. I spent so much time just running circles around a room on the walls - and don't even get me started on how good it feels in a match. I feel like I'm flying through the air, just as I always imagined. Another great aspect of this game is the graphics. They're clean and distinct. Characters, environments, and blasters are all clearly from NERF Ultimate Championship, and they match the fun, casual feel of the game impeccably. The social hub is also a fun feature, and it's nice to do target practice with the blasters alongside friends, or perfect your parkour together. Lastly, season passes are (currently and in the future) free, which means tons of rewards in-game for playing! I'm excited to keep unlocking skins and more throughout the seasons. This game gives me the chance to relive all those NERF fights from childhood, but with more of the glory and less of the darts to the neck. I highly recommend seeing for yourself - it's the perfect game to solo play or group up with friends!
