"Welcome to MackTack" is a visceral and immersive horror experience developed exclusively for VR on Meta Quest 2 and 3. You begin isolated in your cabin on a rainy night when a simple call from a friend triggers a series of disturbing events. After opening the door, you're kidnapped and wake up in a makeshift surgical room, legless and surrounded by mutilated bodies. A sadistic clown, MackTack, will relentlessly hunt you as you fight to escape his twisted domain.

Navigate a maze of puzzles and terrifying encounters with zombies, cannibal clowns, and the dreaded Butcher as you try to survive this grotesque nightmare. Find clues, solve riddles, and face mutant monsters that make your escape increasingly desperate. As you progress, the true nature of MackTack’s game is revealed, and you discover that he has much bigger plans for you.

Prepare for a shocking and dark ending where everything you thought you knew is subverted, and MackTack shows you that you were always just a pawn in his macabre feast.

Welcome to MackTack is a thrilling horror VR experience that pushes the boundaries. From the moment you step into the chilling atmosphere of your cabin, while seated in a wheelchair, the tension builds with every twist and turn. The game's clever riddles and heart-pounding encounters will keep you on the edge of your seat (well, wheelchair). The attention to detail in the graphics and sound design creates a truly visceral experience that draws you into its nightmarish world. With an unexpected plot twist and a darkly captivating storyline, this game is a must-play for horror enthusiasts looking for an adrenaline rush! This game was created by a solo dev who is very responsive to feedback and improvements. He is currently working on polishing and fine-tuning the experience. Join Khargoosh Studios on Facebook and Discord to provide input. Overall, the game is now one of my favorite horror experiences in VR. WARNING: You will DIE repeatedly in this game. This is part of the puzzle and escape experience. Don’t give up! Search for subtle clues and use your resources wisely. To reset your position in the wheelchair, if needed, select the left menu button to choose Reset Orientation, instead of the Meta reset button. There is also an option to “Load” the current or previous level in this menu. Good luck!! 🫣🤭

Brutal Terror in a Wheelchair!

The most intense horror game I've ever played in VR! The atmosphere is suffocating and extremely heavy! MackTack is a ruthless villain, and the feeling of being trapped in a wheelchair, completely vulnerable, is something I've never experienced in any other game. The jumpscares are well-crafted and come when you least expect them. Amazing game!!!
