Quickly went from "neat" to "holy sh!t"!

I read the description and figured this would be a neat little game to plunk away at when I wasn't playing Beat Saber, then I booted it up and realized this was going to be a game I come back to over and over again. This is one of those easy to learn hard to master games, you can get in and start having fun immediately, but those who put the tone in are on a whole other level.

Wow….

I got this game for free on meta quest+ having 0 expectations. But, it turns out in one day this game becomes my third favorite. game 1 being animal company, 2 BONELAB. The movement physics are as good as they can be, bosses are good, the game is perfectly balanced (I play on expert difficulty) it’s also just like attack on titan (minus the titans) Great game overall

Update: Was kinda hoping for some new content… maybe a map or three? I love this game but it’s replayability starts to decline after a few months with absolutely nothing new added.. Are there any plans to ever do anything with some multiplayer or is it just gonna be in beta forever? Kinda feels like it’s been abandoned… say it isn’t so! Taking the lead of some other players and reducing my rating from 5 to one as we await the promised content- If somebody pays attention maybe I’ll put it back up to five once they actually do what they said they were gonna do. This is just nuts! If you were playing seated make sure that you’re in a chair that spins in a circle! This is very fast moving and super fun! Also sports the Humor of a G rated Duke Nukem! The first review I read said “Spider Man With Guns”, and I was in, Baby! Schweeeeeet! You’re gonna see a few reviews where people say “meh”- Trust me when I tell you that those people just gave up before they got good at it- There’s a false ceiling when you start off before you start yo intuitively react… Once you really understand the mechanics of it there’s really nothing like it. It’s incredibly exhilarating and always challenging!

like that guy overthemeta or whatever leaving a 1 star review for this its so annoying seeing like 50 year olds playing this and saying “oh the swinging is bad” *insert dumb accent* yeah it might be for YOU the swinging is fine btw just because you dont you your joysticks to move and its hard to play while sitting in your hospus house doesnt mean that the teen rating is bad. ITS RATED TEEN FOR A REASON some 50 year olds isng gonna wanna play this. And “oh the tutorial is forced” *insert dumb accent* like it might be but just deal with it the tutorial is like 10 minutes and it may be forced somewhat but isnt that what most tutorials are? with the “press x button to reload” or “press A to jump” while in this tiny corridor or smth like younplay the tutorial in one of the maps. The gameplay is challenging but not too difficult and the swinging is like spider man with guns; you pull yourself to go faster which is a original concept btw (as far as ive seen) and its just fun when listening to music and swinging and killing stuff but the game hasn’t been updated in like 3 years and probably wont be again so just deal with it. Its a good game with its flaws but is still fun enough to play and have fun. Also going to that “overthemeta” guy again saying you can only play in 30 minute increments yeah FOR YOU the audience of this game is teenagers and young adults not old geezers who can only play for 30 minutes before there nurse has them take a nap. Like old people have some nerve trashing on a completely fine game for no reason.
