Review from an actual bartender

If you’re a bartender and are thinking about buying this game let me give you my two cents. First of all the game is beautiful and the cocktails and ingredients are really cool. The mechanics are also really great. It’s fun making the drinks and getting into a nice groove, my only problem is that the customers come way too soon after one another and I end up in the weeds pretty often and that’s why I don’t like playing lol. I’m a pretty fast bartender irl but man do I get overwhelmed in this bar lol. Tbh feels like I’m at work so unless you don’t mind that, this game can be lots of fun.

New gamemode idea

They should add a mode 2 to 4 players can play. This is how it works. Each person would have a part of the machine and a certain machine. And they would have to pass the drink to each other. And work together to make the drink.

Amazing game but here’s a idea

Startenders is a very good game and I think you might be able to add a “race” mode or a multiplayer mode where you and your friend try to race to see who could make the most drinks also make a super hard drink to make that makes you need to use almost everything you have to make 1 drink and this could appear in hard mode and the race mode if you add it. I made a drink similar to the “hard drink” called “hard debt” where you use the juicer and almost all the bottles anyway this deserves 5 stars I would put 6 stars if I could

I can't stop playing this game!

I love this game so much! It is exactly what I was looking for. There are great options for various modes of game play including campaign, endless mode, free mix, and daily shifts which satisfy whatever mood you're in. The ingredient names, symbols, and bright colors are really enjoyable and fun. The separate and completely different experience of building the machines is really enjoyable as well. I am so happy I decided to purchase this game. I've spent so much time playing and I'm enjoying it so much. It's definitely a game I recommend for anyone looking for that time-managemt game challenge! Additional thoughts: I LOVE that once you reach a certain shift you can choose easy, medium, or hard. Some days I like the challenge, others I just want to do something slow and easy. The addition of these choices in the endless mode would be great. It would be nice if those choices reflected the level of drink and not only the number of customers. Ex. Only fizzy and taps, max 3 ingredients, etc. My favorite drinks to make are the ones I know off the top of my head since I can make them so quickly. Adding a recipe book to the free mix mode where you can just practice drinks without customers would be an excellent addition. I also think that an ingredient list in a different format would make more complicated drinks easier to make. If all components were in columns (a juice header with each juice underneath, a garnish header with each garnish below, etc.), I think it may be easier to read at a quick glance. Finally, I love the option of buying unbreakable glasses. An option to buy glasses that are already washed would be worth hundreds of thousands!
