I bought an RGB pack for my son and he never received anything, but the charge was on my card for $4.99. I am having a hard trying to find out how to report this and get a refund.

Bought the mod for $4.99. My son never got it. My account was charged 9 times and I am having difficulty to find someone to refund my money. Does anybody knows who to contact and why this stupid thing don't work?

The game is not like people say on YouTube like they say it has the stick blah blah blah and all that
