Like it but!

Really like the the game but another game with no multiple user saved game !!!!! Another game I can't really share with my wife!! Knowing Oculus quest 2 still don't allow multiple user, it's very annoying not being possible to save different user in the game. it's the 3rd game like that. Ghost Giant and Fisherman's tale are like that too.

I love this game, so I'm sad. I've played a lot of games similar to this. However, all such games were games of placing devices on fixed spaces. Gravity Lab gave me a whole new experience because I had complete freedom to deploy the device. But there is one thing that makes me sad about Gravity Lab. That is, the same input does not produce the same output. When the ball that is fired with only one gun installed at the entrance where the ball comes out comes back to me, it comes back at two or three different angles. You might think of it as realistic elements created by gravity, physics engines, and collision detection, but it's a game, especially a puzzle or programming game, so it gives me the stress I don't need. I proceeded with this game by clearing all stages to Hard. However, I had a similar experience in many stages and somehow managed to fix it, but in stage 3-3, I got annoyed. I knew a workaround, but I had to repeat small angle corrections dozens of times to complete it. (Also, every time I made a change, I had to wait quite a while to see the result) When I shoot the ball into devices installed over distant cliffs that I can't reach, it's only a matter of luck whether they work perfectly and return the ball to me. It is good that the physical calculation is made in case two balls collide and obstruct their path. (welcome) But we don't want it to happen for a ball passing over the same device to spread out in different lines. When deploying long and complex devices, these small line changes will eventually scatter into huge angular changes, which only adds to stress and meaningless waiting time. This game is definitely worth more than the price, with a new experience, decent volume, and access to user-created maps. However, in my personal opinion, since it is a programming 'game' (I don't know if this expression is correct) , it would be really, really, really, really good if you could come up with an answer a little cleaner and more freely.

Sci-fi Lemmings (for you older gamers)

Great puzzle game. Takes full use of the possibilities with room-scale VR. Sandbox mode allows you to create, upload and play others' user-generated puzzles so there's virtually endless gameplay beyond the extensive inbuilt levels. NB: I've been playing this game for several months, I was fortunate enough to be one of the testers.

3D billiards? Even better...

I love puzzle games in VR and this one is ingenious and gorgeous. Very smooth, very polished, you get to build tracks for balls on the moon using a variety of simple machines. Great for chilling out by yourself solving *or creating* puzzles in 3 dimensions. Hours and hours of fun. What's important to me is the ability to play while seated - you aren't going to knock over your creations so kick back and let your thumbs do the walking, if you choose to. Plenty of options to customize between standing and sitting. My favorite option is miniature - you become an ant sized person in an appropriately scaled down environment. This has the effect of making everything easier to locomote around, and reduces the amount of reach needed to place objects.

It's fine. Clunky but fine.

I'll start with the good things. The "ghost" balls for previewing the solution is great and workshopping the problem while the balls are rolling is great fun. The graphics are well done and the first few puzzles are fun. And that's all the good things I have to say. After the introductory puzzles that seem like they're going somewhere fun, Gravity Lab starts making needlessly complicated goals for you to solve that have less and less to do with gravity manipulation and more to do with trying to understand what the new tools even do and requiring you to make tedious micro adjustments to cannons without any tools to make fine tuning easier. Opening settings on the tools can be weirdly buggy, sometimes just refusing to register the button press. It's honestly a shame they decided there was even a need for settings on tools as fumbling around the virtual menus really took a lot of the polish out of the experience for me. When you complete a puzzle, your only real reward is the windows success chime from the 90's which... just doesn't fit the sci-fi setting at all and weirdly took a lot out of the satisfaction of completing a puzzle. On top of that, they went with the weird choice of not giving you achievements to complete when you first play the puzzle but instead create 3 difficulties with only easy unlocked to start. Even if you solve the puzzle in easy mode in a way that would pass the harder difficulties, you're not rewarded for it, making you replay the whole thing over again, tediously rearranging the parts back to where they were, and praying you did it as efficiently so you can get a nice score. There is an option for just unlocking all the levels/difficulties at once but you have to unlock both all levels AND all difficulties rather than just the difficulties, taking away the only little tiny bit of reward there was to begin with for completing levels. This game is weirdly close to being really fun but is just held back by a few things.
