Develop XR projects directly on the headset!! Add an external keyboard, mouse, terminux so you can run git, and you have a totally usable development environment for 2D, 3D and XR games. Pause a running XR game and edit the code live. Its like editing reality. Mind-blowing technology

You can create your own VR game in headset! An inconvenience is that they didnt map the right click button over from mouse and computer so you get no shortcuts there. They do have a website that teaches you all about the language they use etc. Along with a few helpful Youtube videos that you can learn in one window while implimenting it in app in another! Love that convenience from Meta and Godot I dont think theres a way we can map out the right click button ourselves so a patch for that would be extremely appreciated

A surprisingly useful port of Godot engine! I was able to quickly put together a simple AR demo, completely inside the Quest. And by connecting bluetooth keyboard and mouse, it really begins to shine.

Hello, I want to commend the development of Godot XR Editor, as bringing Godot into a VR headset is truly fantastic. It eliminates the need for a PC to develop, allowing developers to work closer to the hardware's capabilities. Debugging becomes much simpler, making the overall experience really cool! Given that Godot XR Editor operates on Horizon OS, designed for Meta Quest headsets, it would be very beneficial to have access to certain Meta XR SDKs, particularly the Spatial SDK, the Avatar SDK, and more. This would enrich development possibilities and optimize the user experience. Additionally, it is unfortunate that the OS does not support more layouts for external keyboards. Currently, this limits the experience for users looking to work effectively in an XR environment. Thank you for considering these suggestions!

Warning ⚠️ I just deleted it as I had to but found lots of other files that have to be deleted individually!! So maybe don’t download this one yet! Warning ⚠️ It took hours to delete all the files like pictures read me files and other stuff 5000 files Without a keyboard u can’t test creations !/? Needs a tutorial badly ! but good idea in the making!
