I really like this game!

When I initially reviewed this game, I was kind of on the fence about it. I loved the atmosphere, the stalking Elara creature, the objective of the game and the overall vibe. It had a haunting atmosphere that was genuinely spooky and the creature was scary. I loved all those aspects of the game. However, what I didn't love was the cumbersome "RUN" controls and the fact that Elara could see me through walls. These issues made the game frustratingly difficult, especially the fact she could see me through walls meaning I could never get away from her, could never hide and never had a moment to catch my breath. It turned what initially started out as fun, into a game I wanted to love, but overall was a chore to play. So, I left a 3-star review explaining my experience and the developer took notice of it. He reached out and I was able to explain in full detail what my experience was like and then without question he implemented the changes. He changed the "RUN" controls, fixed Elara's wall hack glitch and turned what initially was just an okay game into one that I now thoroughly enjoy and recommend. The controls are so much smoother now and navigating through the game has never felt better. Fixing Elara's wall hack glitch has made the game massively better. She now can only see you with direct line of sight or glimpsing you through a window. She also has the ability to hear any excessive noise you create, yet instead of knowing exactly where you are, she has to come an investigate first. This is such a huge improvement. I give the game five stars because first and foremost it is fun, has an awesome spooky vibe and the fact that the developer really cares about his game shows that it's not some quick cash grab. He wants to make it as excellent as possible and I appreciate that immensely. So, without going any further let me say that I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun little horror title. It's well worth the price!
