Very Dull and Unpolished...

UPDATE: Going a bit further into the game, I'm really starting to notice that the interactions are a bit wonky, with doing simple things like 'trying' to grab door handles and pick up items being fairly awkward much of the time. The dialogue and the voice acting (mainly from the player character) is a bit off at time as well. Which is fine, but it becomes GRATING as can be when you keep hearing the character/s CONSTANTLY repeating a given line, in the EXACT same way and the exact same sentence; over, and over ad-nauseum until you do whatever it is they want you to do. And what's being said hasn't been ANYTHING that actually helps me to begin with, making me want to mute the game on 2 or 3 occasions (they start repeating faster than you can realistically get the task done, so god forbid if you actually try taking your time...). So far there hasn't been much of any narrative hook at all for me either, which with me stuck on a puzzle (one that's not very fun), I'm really not sure is worth the effort now. I just found myself getting very bored already. I'm feeling it'sa waste $30 so far, so I basically recommend skipping this one unless it gets some MAJOR updates and a few patches. There's just no real hook and there are already countless other great (and cheaper) puzzle games more worth your money. Between pre-ordering this and Hitman 3 VR, I'm never taking the risk ever again... OG: The game seems like it'll be a decent puzzle game with an overall Survival-Horror- esque setup and feel to it (from what very little I've played thus far at least). Graphics and general atmosphere are top notch and the audio, music, and voice acting also get the job done pretty well. So far my only complaint is the watch and it's menus. I'm fairly blind (zero peripheral vision and only 1 eye), and though this isn't tge only game I own that has menus/ important information via interacting with/ looking at your watch, this is the ONLY game I've played where the watch is placed almost halfway up your forearm! This makes it VERY awkward to use or even look at for me, with me needing to basically reach all the way over to my right shoulder to get a comfortable full view of or interact with the watch interface... WHO wears their watch this high up their arm outside of necessary occasions?! There should at least be a way to adjust it, as with the inventory being as it is, it's a bit cumbersome for me to get through the items (menu being close to your face on top of the added difficulty of it being so high up your arm). I only go that far into my one complaint because I can easily assume interacting with the watch and its different menus is going to be a HUGE part of the game and getting through it. So that being cumbersome is a huge detractor. I will update my review, for good or bad, as I get further into it. Outside of the watch placement, I do really like what I've seen so far though.

Top Game - Highly Underrated

One of the best-looking games, with high-resolution textures, dynamic shadows, and diverse environments. Nearly every object is interactive. If you liked Red Matter 1, you have to check this out. Easily in my top 5 logic puzzle games. I haven't experienced any crashes, hangs, or bugs. Seamless gameplay from start to finish.

Great game with great story telling

Do not be discouraged by the 3 star ratings. This game is ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Using the Quest 3 the graphical power and output is very impressive. The story telling and puzzles are also intriguing. Don’t be discouraged by the reviews. Get it and review the experience. There has been tons of updates and I am very impressed with what they have!

really buggy and bad graphics for Q3

I saw a review online of what had to be the PC version and then you play it on Quest 3 and it looks like Q1 optimization. That’s fine though I can get through a game that’s fun. Well then comes the super janky controls that makes it hard to grab things and then knobs. I kept at it and finished the game but anytime I turned off the quest and went back, hit continue and all I have is a black screen and my hands are flashing or a faded picture of chernobyl and me floating with the narrative going. Had to restart the entire level anytime that happened. Lastly, the ending sucked. You have a choice and I won’t ruin it but you can make one choice and the game just ends and you go to the start menu. no story or anything… well guess that’s the wrong choice. The other one just cuts straight to the credits. Either way I want some kind of wrap up. It felt so off and unsatisfying I watched a walkthrough to see if maybe it glitched out. Nope same lame ending for that guy too. It wasn’t horrible but it was pretty close. Skip it

It’s a really fab game but….

The graphics on this game are amazing. The puzzles are great and well thought out but… there’s 2 very annoying bugs that keeps happening. I’ve had to restart the level umpteen times because the screen goes black and you can’t do anything to get it to work not matter what you try so you have to restart the level. The other bug is that when you’ve done something (ie the ferris wheel task) it doesn’t tick off in the whispers tasks so you can’t get any further? Attn developers: PLEASE FIX THESE SO I CAN ACTUALLY PLAY 🙏🏻
