Does it include full-size snooker?

Now working with pro controllers

I was looking forward to this game, and I know it's only out but if it's not going to work with the pro controllers how can it be considered a poo/snooker sim. Let's hope the dev patches it quickly, I play most of the other pool/snooker games (bhp, MP, Unlimited snooker etc) work with the pro controllers out of the box. Very disappointed ☹️ I will of course change my rating if the dev fixes the game. EDIT:- the dev has now pushed a fix for the pro controllers in double quick time which is very hopeful for the game going forward and menus are all working but if ever a game needed to be tested before general release this was it, I do feel the gfx are not too bad but the game mechanics in my view are very clunky at best, aiming is pretty tough, when I played the ai, each time I placed my bridge hand on the table it was at a different height and when I tried to use the rest, sometimes I couldn't hit the ball, I have only played the Chinese 8 ball so far so I can't comment on all the games but the 8 ball table I played on in my view had decent dimensions but the cushions need a lot of work and the pockets are tight, I'm upping my rating to 3 stars mainly because of how quickly the dev addressed the issues with the pro controllers. I will keep the game because I do think if the Dev puts in the work this could be a decent game, but it's going to take a lot of work.

So many improvements, love English pool.

I enjoyed this game. Had to use teleporting to move, but that works quite well. I'd love to be able to spin the table around the cue ball or the blue spot. The English pool table is nice, the balls seem more in proportion than with a rival game. The small snooker table is nice. I would love to play on the large snooker table, but I need more movement options.

Game has been updated

The developer has been working hard updating issues daily, for that reason 5 stars, Also the game now I can actually play sitting down is pretty good, graphics are nice and plays well, not perfect and the game seems to be getting plenty of updates so fingers crossed the game will get better over time, the game does not deserve a 1 star I think that is a little harsh, it’s not the best pool game for physics yet but it is better than most of the others

Few gripes, but almost there

MR support is nice for those that requested it & it seems to work as intended so a nice addition, i feel the pockets are still too tight (speaking about snooker) and the pockets are still sometimes glitching ie accepting pots in odd semi graphical glitch ways (think of a matrix visual glitch, a ball entering the pocket at a speed or + angle the pocket doesn't understand therefore the ball goes in but the pocket itself has a ever so slight visual glitch) if you've played it you'll no what im referring to there The audio of the balls being split/potted is basic but okay, still needs more variety in audio, a Crisp long pot hit to Perfection has a very unique sound, as does a Perfectly hit thin snip or safety shot nd the audio hasn't got these yet, its lacking the variety needed, I think its okay but certainly not great (ironically better the the competition which is awful) however i will say this, it suffers from tracking issues, a cueing sport at its core its a matter is fractions, tiny tiny adjustments to ya aim & stroke power so to suffer tracking issues is a big big deal, the Quest headsets have limitations but its also on the devs to adjust and offer the best solutionsto those limitations, VR Boxing games suffer similar tracking issues, In the area of tracking, this still needs refinement, maybe thats impossible, i can't say but the game is decently enjoyable when the tracking works full time, i'd enjoy it alot more if there was less tracking dusruptions when i really am trying to make tiny adjustments to my aim (ya can't play competitively with these issues) and the pockets are really annoying at times, they are worse then (unforgiving) most of the time) and then other times they glitch and accept pots but its a visual mess, long pots are seemingly easier to calculate & take then any close shot, + if you have a close shot anywhere even remotely close to the cushion that requires a little side/backspin to get off of the cushion at an angle, the pockets will not accept it (I've potted long balls with a touch of spin on em to bend then straighten the white out before contact then the pot) I've no issue with sidespin i no what im doing, its not a lack of skill, There is an issue with those shots, red not touching but close to the cushion & pocket of which you need back+side to pot & get out of there, the pocket will deny you those shots 95% of the time, its the games issue Not to be too negetive, the games still enjoyable (especially if you have the aiming aid on) from what i remember regardless of side/spin the ball will go exactly where that line says it will go, Perfect for those that wana pickup & play) the game is really close to being as good as having a real table (minus the hassle that can come with) My last real issue is regardless of cueing settings ive chose (realistic settings is obv my style) the cue can still go through the sides/cushions, that can sorta be fixed via table realignment i guess but its better to have a in game option to properly fix that, the side of the table/cushion it all needs to be 100% solid so your hand/cue does not go through it at all (that'll also go a ways to help improve aiming aswel, i havent found anyone to play online yet but agen until my concerns are met/fixed i don't particularly want to because it'll frustrate me too much

Great game

Great game, but it feels like it lags a little at times. It’s not critical though, and overall I definitely recommend buying it. Right now, I think this is one of the best billiards games available. I really hope the developers won’t abandon the game. I’d love to see more people buy it so it becomes easier to find opponents in online matches. I’m giving it 5 stars — it’s awesome.
