Apporter La Vie is an interactive virtual reality experience with high-resolution, immersive video that follows Kasongo, a devoted health worker delivering life-saving vaccines to some of the most isolated children in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

In the DRC, the saying “Don’t count your children before the measles outbreak has passed” captures the harsh reality faced by many families. Preventable diseases like polio and measles continue to claim lives—especially in remote areas where healthcare access is limited.

The Challenge: Spanning 2.3 million square kilometers, the DRC is marked by dense forests, vast rivers, and minimal infrastructure. Over 80% of roads are in poor condition. Reaching remote communities often requires travel by boat, motorcycle, or on foot. Only 30% of children are fully vaccinated, and 20% have never received a single dose.
