This game had potential to become one of the top games on VR ever if they didn’t lay off all of the developers who worked on it and if anyone does read this ATT only had 3-5 devs on it at all times but project two which I forgot the name of has at least 25. But any updates you were expecting like the forest and combat trials are never coming. I’m very sorry.

They got rid of all of the admins updating this game on Quest and the forest update they're not going to update it to that and they're not going to update it to anything else they promised so I'm going to stop supporting them and giving them money cuz they gave up almost don't get me wrong I love this game but I'm not going to give them any more money until they fix this

This game is amazing, but I’m incredibly disappointed in Alta for abandoning it and laying off the developers, as a quest player, me and many others have been waiting for almost 4 years for the quest to get forest, it’s the one thing I’ve been looking forward to for this game, and now I recently learned that it’s never getting the forest update, therefore I am no longer supporting Alta by buying talems, I’m so disappointed in Alta. RIP Township Tale 2021-2025

And I mean this literally, nobody is working on content for A Township Tale to instead work on Project 2: Reave. And whilst that’s good and all, it leaves the future of not only the addition of the Forest update but also planned additions in general uncertain. There are still people working in the Backend and some updates like the Revive update and the Blacksmithing tutorial are total improvements and I’ve had so much fun revisiting the game, especially the journey to the Climbing Tower, something I was begging for and upset about in the original review. Ultimately the game is dead, Alta said that the rest of the missing content updates will come to Quest eventually, but that seems unlikely. Will I recommend this game to ATT newcomers? Honestly, no. You can come to your own conclusion, but if I knew this at launch I likely wouldn’t have wanted the game anymore. we need to come together and tell Alta we aren’t happy. Whilst Reave looks cool, leaving the dedicated and loving community of A Township Tale, a community they’ve been fostering since 2016, a whole 9 years ago is a bad decision. I will up my initial rating down to 1 star due to Alta’s disinterest in finishing the game.

First I LOVE this game, no.1 favourite on the quest. I absolutely adore how well this game was made and the amount of endless possibilities of doing what you want when you want. But the thing is, the possibilities of having fun can be endless but can still have more things to enjoy. Which brings me to the main purpose of why I can’t get enough of this game. The forest is an epic biome and has a LOT more content to add to the game to make it more appealing to other quest users. As far as I am concerned, I know the forest is being worked on and I can’t thank Alta enough trying to add it to quest and I really appreciate the effort they put into this game(especially for the pc version, which I don’t have😢) edit: F*ck Alta and f*ck me for ever having a dream, i hope they come back to this game but i really have lost my hope in them
