The Long Survival is a cooperative survival shooter focused on resource management and battling the largest waves of enemies ever seen in VR. You'll need to devise real-time strategies and efficiently build defenses to fortify the area if you want to survive. Choose from four unique heroes, each with their own special abilities, and unlock powerful skills, weapons, and structures through a dynamic progression system.

You will take on the role of a soldier from Space Corp. Your mission will be to team up with other members of the corporation and complete a series of missions. But of course, it won't be easy.
These extraction zones are full of enemies. You’ll have to survive wave after wave while keeping the Nexus safe.

This game truly feels like an unpolished gem — full of potential and already quite enjoyable to play. The core gameplay is solid, and the theme is fantastic; it really pulls you into its world. There’s definitely room for improvement, especially in the UI and a few gameplay elements. The gun firing animation could use a bit more realism, and some of the alien textures might benefit from sharper detail. Enemy animations, especially death animations, could also be refined to enhance immersion. That said, the overall graphics are smooth and perform well, and it’s clear that there’s a strong foundation here. I’m genuinely excited to see how the developers continue to polish and expand the experience. I’ve already added it to my wishlist and recommended it to friends — we’re all looking forward to playing it together once it’s further developed. Dear developers: please keep nurturing this project! With careful optimization and attention to detail, A Long Survive has the potential to become one of the standout titles on the Quest 3. I will return back and update the review after few patches.

After a long time waiting for a good quality game I found this master piece through the store and it looks amazing in my Quest 3! The gameplay is so addictive, and the visuals are just incredible even with all the enemies that appears at the same time! Keep up the good work! 💙💯

It looks like a Quest 1 game — no feedback at all when you shoot, terrible animations… honestly, I can’t understand how a game like this can be released in 2025 on Quest 3.

Initial impressions here after the tutorial. Feels rough and unfinished but is most of the way there. It needs some fixes and more clarity of function. Menu interactions are a gamble. If you're lucky the button you're trying to press will actually activate. It isn't exactly intuitive with a tutorial that sort of tells you what to do next, like go buy something, but stops at telling you about the button selection process. And when I tried to pick up my ammo box it fell on the ground and just left me hanging with no ammo. Waving my hand around until the box was highlighted still didn't let me pick it up. Eventually managed to grab by crouching physically and highlighting it. Inventory system seems clunky but that's probably something you can get used to. However with the failure of button presses, simply not reliable enough. Weapons feel lame and underpowered with poor audio. Very disappointing tbh. The tutorial doesn't actually let you fight waves of enemies to get a feel for the gameplay, it just tells you how to click and move a beacon and such. So it doesn't really teach you the overall strategy. That could do with some fleshing out. The training room lets you spawn any weapon type but it wouldn't actually fire the energy weapon I tried to test. So not much of a training room tbh. Then came the thing that bugged me most. The game is advertised as a co-op shooter with the ability to play single player. I want to play single player to learn the ropes but the console only gave the option to join public matches and didn't have a single player or a create lobby option etc that made it easy to set up a game for myself. It shouldn't be difficult to have a straightforward choice. Overall I'd say it shouldn't have been released quite yet without some polish. If the menu interactions and options actually worked and made it easy to select what you want, it would be possible to properly explore gameplay but for now it is not worth my time playing it again.

Some issues with the guns and audio but once the Devs release an update or two it will become an all time favorite. Multiplayer is addictive and isn’t a mindless shooter but encourages strategy. Having a lot of fun so far and I can’t wait for future updates!
