I was charged for app !

I have my purchasing protected by a 4 digit code to ensure I don't accidentally buy something. Even though I selected the free trial, I somehow got charged for this app! I haven't played this yet, but due to the dishonesty, i already don't like it

No

Just no. I bought the pass for this but all it keeps saying is no Internet connection. I have very good Internet and tried what I could to get it working. Nothing has worked. I tried reaching out to support on their website and on their discord yet not one person has gotten back to me. Obviously they really don't care about the people who buy this as long as they can get their money and dip. If I could submit a 100 complaints to stop anyone from getting this app and buying the pass, I would. Unfortunately, this is probably also going to get passed over because they care nothing for their customers. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Still charging for a cancelled subscript

07/03/2023 -Now 2 months later, after my initial review and 2 emails I sent to your company and a chat on your webpage, and I'm still being charged! I've cancelled AGAIN!! because somehow I end up re-subscribed. Why would you still be charging me for a subscription I cancelled inside the trial period? My trial ended 2/18/23 and you started charging me on 2/20/23….up until now. No notification for March but tonight I just rcvd an email thanking me for my payment. I need someone to contact me ASAP.

"Fitness" "Game"

Brands itself as a "VR Fitness Game", and boy are they correct about one of those words. The most intense workout I got was laughing when the AI assistant answered my question with an OpenAI API error message. The games on the other hand are baffling both in ideas and execution. For the former, I really don't know who thought a match 3 puzzle game would constitute fitness, but it doesn't (and what's with the intense music?? It's a flower themed match 3 puzzle game not the apocalypse??). Nor does ping pong target practice, nor moving a circle carefully over a wire, honestly the most intense exercise was probably the "game" that was effectively just squeegeeing a window repeatedly. These games are so forgettable I can't think of what the others are, and I played them 10 minutes ago. But none of them come close to being a workout. As for the execution, well, I have to congratulate the team, I don't think I've played a more poorly coded VR game in my life. The framerate was miserable, framedrops were extremely frequent, the physics in the ball game were laughable (I swear every rebound sent at an rng angle), none of the songs loop properly in the slightest, at one point the song just didn't even start until 3 minutes into a game, and finally as mentioned before, their AI Assistant was reading out an OpenAI API error message for 20 minutes until I closed the "game". I have no idea of anything else Yur does, seems they do have some faithful community members so I can only assume they are trying and maybe their other products are good for fitness/tracking (apparently they have some beatsaber mod?). But then again, I check their discord and their support channel is dead outside of a few unresponded requests about how they can't cancel their membership or get a refund.

I don't get it...

What's the gag here? I used to have a fitness tracker for VR, now I'm on a beach punching flowers. Entertaining for sure, but absurd to say the least. What happened to the fitness tracker?
