Having practiced yoga on and off for 10+ years I was expecting a yoga class, a flowing session of multiple exercises with tips on how to safely flow from one pose to another. This app teaches nothing. There is no way to properly and safely move from one posture to another. No warm up, no cool down. Itβs a disjointed series of βposition your body like thisβ without explaining how or why you should carefully move into this pose. Totally useless for beginners and canβt possibly help intermediate practitioners learn new poses. I am very disappointed. The developer didnβt even try to create a yoga class. Donβt waste your time and money on this app.

I recently took on the challenge of playing yoga video games for 30 days and this was by far the best one I tried. I love the mixed reality feature which makes it easy to step into the pose and if you do this in front of a mirror you can see how well your are executing each pose. Request: I don't know if this is possible but maybe with the new body tracking if there is a way to score or give feedback on how well you are performing each pose. Here's the video incase you want to see how it plays in MR with a mirror and how much your flexibility can improve - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GdJxzV13e4

It's an OK app I guess - but it can really use an update/more content. There hasn't been an update in over a year!!! I see the developer keeps on responding to these comments that an update is coming - but it never appears. So I ask the developer - when will this update be available? (please provide an estimated month/year)

Downloaded this today to try out as I tend to do alot of my work outs through VR so was really curious to find a Yoga VR game rather than following Youtube videos. So this game does have lots of potential and I am going to keep using it so love to see updates that keep coming. I see this becoming very popular when it's more fleshed out! Keep it going! ππ Things I really liked: - The guided voice over is helpful and calming. - Seeing the pose from within to fit yourself to it. - Environments and music bar seaside (see below in improvements) Things I would love to see: - More poses (probably an obvious one) haha. - The ability to create my own playlist where I can select the poses that would best suit my needs when there is a bigger library to choose from. This would also really help for accessibility for people that can't perform certain poses. If you can see a rough time estimate on how long the session is based on the amount of poses you choose is a bonus as well. Improvements: So I personally really like all the environments, forest being my favourite because puppies! The only one I am not keen on is the seaside one. I find the water sound to be too loud and quite annoying. Might be nicer to have the perspective from the beach with the sea in the background. I feel that would be alot more tranquil. Do appreciate the effort that went into the sealife so can understand if that one is a no go.

This app is a great idea and has lots of potential but as an avid yogi, there is not enough variety in the exercises. I also donβt like that there is no transition between poses and not enough variety in the poses. Iβll keep it in the hopes that the improvements will be made soon.
