Welcome to XR Eye Trainer — a new way to rest, focus, and strengthen your eyes through immersive Mixed Reality routines.

Early Access version — some features are still in development. New exercises, voice guidance, and visual updates will be added in upcoming releases.

In this version, you can explore a core set of eye-training routines designed to improve focus flexibility, relieve tension, and support healthy vision.

Build a healthy eye-movement habit in Mixed Reality

XR Eye Trainer guides you through short, focused routines: • Smooth Pursuit — follow the moving target horizontally and vertically • Diagonals — gentle diagonal tracking for variety • Target Hop — quick saccades to boost precision • Clock — clockwise and counter-clockwise drills for control

Why it works

• Subtle tick sounds keep your rhythm • Short pop-up prompts prevent guesswork between steps • Wrist menu for instant Start/Stop and quick adjustments • Scenario Mode runs a full session automatically

Designed for comfort

• MR keeps you aware of your surroundings • Adjustable speed, size, and repetitions • Works fully offline — no account, no ads

Bonus companion: A playful cat occasionally appears in your space — just for a bit of atmosphere and fun. It doesn’t affect the exercises (yet), but adds a touch of life to your environment.

Disclaimer: XR Eye Trainer is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. If you have any vision concerns, please consult a qualified eye-care professional.

BROKEN as broken can get. Epic FAIL

I was actually very excited when I saw this game/app listed on an obscure website that shows all of the new releases(unlike the Meta Store). Because I have some eye issues that require strengthening exercises, similar to the ones I learned from a physiotherapist prior. So I thought this would be a great app for me. But I was INSTANTLY disappointed with it. I opted for the "Trial" version since it was offered. So I downloaded and installed it...then opened it. But all it was, was a green dot and a motionless cat underneath the dot. Anytime I moved my head, my face/view was plastered with a giant sign that said, "Don't Move Your Head". So I didn't move my head...and a minute-and-a-half passed by...so I moved my head...and the GIANT MESSAGE flashed again in front of my view. The green dot stayed there...and the cat didn't move. I did this for another 5 minutes and gave up....more-so because the "Trial" time had expired. So I went the the Quest Store to rate this horrible app...but I couldn't rate it, because I didn't actually PURCHASE it. So I purchased it. Then reinstalled the game, hoping that maybe the "purchased" version of the game would provide a better result. BUUUUUUUT it didn't. Still unplayable. No menus...just a cat and a green dot...and a massive message of "Don't Move Your Head" whenever you moved your head(even if you didn't move your head for a couple of minutes). So this game/app is BROKEN as BROKEN can get. Absolutely useless. I thought for a second, maybe it's the Meta v81 Update that broke this game. But none of my other games have been affected by the v81 Update...so I can conclude that it's just THIS game that is BROKEN. I'll certainly be demanding a refund. I really wanted to have a good experience with this game, but that didn't happen. I'll go even further, in the future, to never trust this game's Developer ever again. EPIC FAIL.
