Best for endurance

I work out three days a week with weights but couldn't bring myself to do anything for my endurance. I hated it until I found X fitness, now I can't wait to start my workout. For me, it's by far the best VR game for exactly that. I've tried TotF (not for me), Dance Floor (also not for me), Star Wave (nope I got sick), Synth Rider (which is fun but not overly challenging) and Funfitland (which I enjoy too but you have less options on changing the obstacles) but this one keeps me going. You can spice things up (or down) by adding or excluding obstacles, the objects are on the beat, the controller vibration is on point and overall it's freaking amazing. You really need to push/swing your arms (my PB was on my right arm 19km/h so far but I am working on it). You can also -as I mentioned above- exclude horizontal obstacles in case your knees are hurting or you don't want to squat deep for health reasons. So far I didn't find out how to create a playlist or simply play it for 30min without starting a new song. Maybe if someone reads it and can help me, I appreciate it. Anyways if I had to choose only one game for fitness, it would 1000% this Suggestion : It would be fun if there were obstacles you need to slightly jump over (just for fun not any tracking) or to avoid holes on the ground. I found a lot of games miss this opportunity. Even without tracking, I think it could be fun.

Wow, best music/rhythm/dance VR game

There are many games in this genre. Beat Saber kicked it off and it's okay. Synth Riders has a better sound track and feels more like dancing than waving your arms around. X-Fitness probably has the worst name, but it is by far the best of these type of games. While both Beat Saber and Synth Riders can be loaded with custom songs, they have to be programmed by someone. With X-Fitness, it really is as simple as loading an MP3. It creates a really well synchronized level in a second or two. Also, X-Fitness has a nice variety of actions to spice things up compared to the other games. I also like the environments here a bit better. There's quite a bit of customizability in the levels/actions. Lastly, the price is right. Love it.

Great experience.

I love fitness games and have spent a small fortune on various games of this type. I can say this is one is a firm favourite from the off. Great music, and a suite of tweaks to increase difficulty by small increments. So many games leap too far when moving up from say medium to expert. I've had Beat Sabre for three years and still can't do anything on the expert setting! Very generous of the developer to add a custom songs option. This is a real bonus. And the conversion process works well on songs that are fast and slow. Lovely landscapes and nice movement pattern. Really like this and can heartily recommend it as a fitness app for the Quest. I suffer from motion sickness really easily, but this app doesn't generate a moment of queasiness.

Heaven sent!!

Before this app, less mills was my go to app. But i always wished i could listen to music while working out. So i bought x fitness and tried its playlist feature and its exactly what i wanted!!!! I dont know if theyre using AI to create the obstacles using your music but the tempo is near perfect!! Im in between sets right now but i just cant wait to thank the devs for this masterpiece!! <3
