Very interesting

This is not a very long experience currently, but what's here is very interesting. It gives you a sense of scale for how large the pyramids of Egypt actually are, with the highlight of actually going inside them a couple of them. If you're interested in Egypt or it's history, it's a great experience. That said, the app itself could use some work. Controls aren't explained at all, so parts of the experience could be missed because of this. It took me a while to figure out that there was a way to teleport for instance, which is basically required as the walking speed is very slow.

TOP EDUCATIONAL APP!

WONDERS offers 3 immersive experiences with stunning graphics that pay homage to these historical monuments. Technically flawless, its only drawback is the lack of translation into various languages, which would make it accessible even to younger audiences. An experience not to be missed!

Great concept and the execution is close

I didn't expect a lot going in, so I was pretty impressed. That said, I think there's some things that could be better. The app and controls are fairly easy to use and I had mostly no problem getting around though I found myself wanting more control in the fly-around portion. The graphics are good for a learning app. I'd be blown away if they were photo-realistic renderings, which I think is feasible to do, but understand why that extra mile isn't needed for this app. The NPC seems to use AI and Whisper (or similar) to allow you to ask it questions, but had a hard time with questions I had that were on topic. If there's not a RAG employed there, it's something to consider, maybe. I learned quite a bit while using the app in a non-boring way and I'd love to see the other wonders and even things like the human skeletal example (on their website) or full layered human biology lesson. Great launch offering here and I'm anxious to see what's next for it.

The pyramid section stood out as the strongest part of the experience. The visuals are impressive, the historical facts are engaging, and the lighting inside the tunnels and temple is very well done. There is still room to expand the outside environment, but overall the section delivers a memorable and immersive feel. A treasure-hunt element based on its historical facts would make it even more captivating. The Taj Mahal and Statue of Unity sections are decent, though they do not reach the same level of impact. The Statue of Unity, in particular, could benefit from additional refinement and visual improvement.

A captivating and engaging walkthrough

I have visited the pyramids in real life and this brought me back to that experience. I particularly enjoyed seeing the pyramid in various modes (X-Ray, time travel), and walking inside. In spite of the simple rendering style, I found the experience very immersive, thanks to the fire torch and its dynamic lighting. The UI, the writing, and the voice overs are also great. I easily get motion sickness but did not get it in the walkthrough. Maybe a bit in the flyover as the camera rotates on its own. The birds and the camels are a nice touch.
