Wow, this is great!

I have tried many other remote desktop type applications on the Quest and I have always thought it was limiting to only show the desktop monitor in VR. I was hoping an app would come along that would allow for interaction with the individual windows, and here it is! Not just that, but this is the most responsive and reliable remote desktop software I have used to date! There are a few enhancements I hope to see in future releases: 1. Hand tracking. Rather than using the controller all the time, it would be nice to be able to use hands in VR. There would be a loss in functionality tied to controller buttons but it is far more intuitive to use hands when interacting with computer programs than it is the Oculus controllers. 2. Additional carousels. Currently there is a predefined work carousel. It would be nice to see the ability to add additional work carousels. 3. Multiple full screen windows. It would be nice to have two full screen windows opened at the same time. The ability to make a window full screen and reduce the clutter of the other windows is invaluable. But there are many times when you need to compare two screens side by side without other distractions. 4. Right-click mouse function. Unless I'm missing something I am not able to figure out how to simulate a right-click on a mouse. 5. Not something I expect these spatial to provide but I really hope someone develops a VR physical keyboard. Like the Oculus controllers which can be viewable within the VR, it would be nice to have a physical keyboard which you can see within VR but type on physically like any other keyboard. Let's face it, computers are not quite ready to go without a mouse and keyboard.

Super expensive

$10 a month to connect to a computer on a different network. Its a good app, but that instantly kills it. Edit in response to dev response: My problem isn't having to pay, its that your competitors completely undercut you. Sure you have some features that aren't available elsewhere natively, but nearly all of those can replicated with other apps without being locked into a subscription model.

Ignore Your Desk and Get to Work

I just got started with vSpatial and have to say I am impressed. My office has never looked so good and clutter-free! No cords, no papers, no I’ll-get-to-it-later piles. Nothing but screens. I love it. I had my work-mood tunes playing on my computer when I first connected to it. Almost immediately, the music automatically switched to playing thru my headset. For a brief moment, the surprise made me think I had been transported to that VR office. I had to chuckle. This solution delivers in making a remote VR connection to your computer(s) a breeze and an environment you can get pampered with. The biggest problem I had was struggling to find the at-symbol (@) on the virtual keyboard to sign into my new account. Hint: press the shift key for special characters! Another hint: if you have trouble with using the trigger to press virtual keys, try the A/X button on your remote. I've been writing the Product Developer. He had an answer or solution-pending for all of the minor issues I could point-out. If you're considering this app for a VR remote connection solution, do try it. You won't regret it. Gilliosa, regarding your enhancement requests: (1) Hand tracking - I agree, this would be great. Given the precision loss, I don't see it as useful enough yet though. I'd rather see the technology mature first. But, eventual integration is inevitable. (2) Additional carousels - I think you are wanting carousel sets, the ability to pull down a set of apps/connections, just like you would an individual app. Intriguing thought. I like it. (3) Multiple full screens - You might be missing the point of "full" screen. Simply allowing a bigger carousel might be what you are really after. (4) and (5) Mouse right-click and ...physical keyboard - You can use a real mouse and keyboard connected by Bluetooth/USB, although you might have to sneak peek at your keyboard every now and then. (5) VR/AR keyboard - Stay tuned, friend. That wish may be closer to coming true than you think.

Best Productivity App Out There

This is the best app out there currently for office workers wishing to use the quest 2 for unlimited number of massive screens. Biggest wish is that there was pass through to see my keyboard. I heard it is available in the alpha edition. Any way to join the alpha/beta testing channel for this app?
