Best hunter on meta quest

This is by far the best meta quest hunting vr game, besides the fact that the map is the biggest and best looking one on meta quest, the way the animal's react to you is so real. Hunting them and Stockin them, just feels so good, by far my favorite thing is Tracking them and looking at the beautiful world, and it's so Satisfy when you get your animal. Great job guys 👏 👍

🏹 An Immersive Hunting experience!!

Virtual Hunter VR is definitely more of a slow paced and patient hunting experience rather than an arcade shooter. Tracking your prey properly actually matters, and even the type of shot you take can completely affect the outcome of a hunt. The realism is what stood out most to me though. How you move through the environment and the amount of noise you make genuinely matters, so rushing around will usually just scare everything away before you even get a chance to line up a shot. The atmosphere and environments on Quest 3 are solid too, especially when you’re slowly moving through the forests trying not to disturb the wildlife around you.

Has potential

I am a real life hunter. As well as a long time player of The hunter COTW, Hunting Simulator, and Way of the Hunter. This is easily the best VR hunting game you can play. I sincercly hope this game keeps its gun and animal mechanics. But It needs more animals and guns Specifically, we need Modern Sporting Rifles, semiauto shotguns as well as the old schools like muzzleloaders and lever guns. The game would benfit from waterfowl hunting with decoys as well. The game could also use a few more outposts to fast travel to as well as a system for antler scoring because, as far as I've seen, the antlers on male Red deer are the same. This game has an insane amount of potential to be unputdownable. The bones are there, the devs have a chance to make it incredible.

I didn’t know we were hunting for bugs.

I have been stuck in the Firing Range for too long now. The game is asking me to release the controller which I do but the message remains and the game traps me in the one spot unable to activate the options to escape. The weapon handling is shoddy and an auto-reload would be handy. I’m using Metaquest 3 so there shouldn’t be any performance issues. I look forward to your 1st official update for this application. However, not having seen a single animal to hunt yet, I cannot give you more than a one star rating yet.

Fun hunting in single player vs co op

Good times in single player but in co op seems the game is extremely difficult as the settings don't seem to apply oddly anuff. Last night I enjoyed a more causal hunt and stalk and I saw more game , got nice and close made perfect shots etc etc. In co op this was not the case much fewer animals with very long shots of 200 yds and they were much more spooky and skittish, didnt enjoy the hrs if co op nearly as much as the difficulty ramp up a ton and comfort game play settings don't seem to work we were stuck in professional mode it seems. But singke player was way more realistic and enjoyable with lots of close up action.
