3 Locomotion Modes Available:
*Feet Locomotion: you need to run stationary in order to run in the game. You don't need the controllers and you may carry weights in your hands for a better workout! You need to jump in reality in order to jump in the game! You can also use the joystick as well if you want to run backward at any time.
*Automatic: you move continuously in the direction you are facing but you need to jump in reality in order to jump in the game! You don't need the controllers and you may carry weights in your hands for a better workout!
*Joystick: you move continuously in the direction you are facing while you are holding the joystick forward, and against the direction you are facing while you are holding the joystick backwards. You need to jump in reality in order to jump in the game!
