One of the best games I played in VR

From game mechanics to the art and design, the scriptwriting and puzzle games within the experience, this was one of the best VR games I ever played! I think it is due to the fact that the story was a crucial component in the whole experience. The only downside to me, as other reviewers have said before me, is that I wanted the game to go further on. It wasn't really short but I could have played it for hours more! Considering the fact that this is the work of only 3 people, I think I am willing to wait a couple more years for their next project! Let me know when you have a Kickstarter going on because I'm in!

Wait. I am only 53% of the way through?!

Don't mistake my title by saying the experience is horrible. Quite the opposite. I am pleased that a game that only lasted a few hours for me is actually much longer. I am looking forward to now exploring every little tiny detail to discover what I did miss and what I took for granted the first time. The developers did a fantastic job at making a point-and-click adventure just as fun as the point-and-click adventures of old. Just make sure to try EVERYTHING. There is a lot hiding. And, don't be surprised if you have to play through multiple times. It's worth playing through multiple times.

COMPLETE BS (THIS SHOULD BE A DEMO)

This game starts out pretty great and then you find out that there’s only two chapters and it takes about 30 minutes to finish… don’t waste your money this isn’t even a full game…. Very disappointing, I bought this game when it came out and (since i work) didn’t get a chance to play for a couple weeks) now I can’t even ask for a refund! This is the first vr game I’ve bought that I literally feel ripped off…. If they added a couple more cases the length of the first one I would say this was worth the price - as it is now I’d feel fine at 5 bucks…

Noir revitalized

The noir genre had its heyday back when its tropes were novel and TVs were exclusively monochrome — but as the genre progressed, media like this has arised. Thank goodness. This game was a work of art constructed by a team who clearly had experience with noir, sci-fi, and comedy, and their experience was clearly evident in the gameplay experience. It was intricately detailed, fluid, nuanced, reflexive, and FUN. After I finished it, I immediately went looking to download a sequel. If you’ve ever wanted to be a snarky robot detective with a dark past and a drinking problem, this is as close as you can get. Until maybe 3022. And even then, the drinking problem will likely have to be of your own accord. Definitely check this bad boy out. It is more than the sum of its parts — parts which would alone sum to an absolute fortune. Cheers!

fantastic experience!!

the devs so clearly put so much love and heart into this game! the world is gorgeous, with so much thought and creativity put into every detail. i have so much respect for the creators, and i hope there are many more games to come. even though it's short, it feels like it's the beginning of a story, not one that's cut short. playing a point and click like this in vr is such a fun experience, and the noir style was the perfect choice! i absolutely love the gameplay, and i truly had a smile on my face every moment i was playing. thank you for creating such a beautiful immersive story 🫶 wish there were more games like this in virtual reality
