Wow what a great game. Fast paced shooting game with good feel with the shooting. Actually fires where you’re aiming. It’s non stop action and not much time to take a breath. Love playing this game and look forward to meeting more people in the game. Lots of different levels in different environments from darkness to playing in fog with zombies coming out of the fog from all angles

An honest review

I’ve had this game on my wishlist for some time now, and with the Halloween sale, i decided to finally check it out. I really can’t help but say that I am disappointed, especially given the reviews. I can understand why some people like this game, but I really don’t understand the rave reviews. If you’ve played similar games like After the Fall or Left 4 Dead, that is the formula here. Shoot a wave of zombies, move to the next checkpoint, repeat 10 times, and then evacuate. I love this type of game, but everything here with The Flip feels half-baked and unoptimized. The frame rates and animations are not smooth, levels are rather simple and bland, sound effects and voice acting have no punch or polish, the gun aiming feels off, and I felt the pistols or SMG were more satisfying and effective than a grenade launcher or a point-blank shotgun. And the enemies are (pardon the pun) rather brainless. Also, I don’t know if it’s because we are close to Halloween or what, but I expected the lobbies to have at least some semblance of activity, especially with the sale on the game right now. There was exactly one other person in the lobby, and I couldn’t tell if their mic was broken or if they could hear me, but needless to say I had to play the whole mission by myself while they wandered off in the wrong direction. Buyer beware, I think the reviews on this one are misleading.

THIS GAME CONVINCED ME IN FAKE RATINGS.

I play a lot of VR GAMES ALONG WITH PC, AND CONSOLE GAMES. USUALLY RATINGS MAKE SENCE TO WHERE WHEN I SEE HOW PEOPLE HAVE RATED THE GAME OVERALL THAT EVEN IF I DONT END UP LIKING THE GAME AS MUCH AS MOST PEOPLE I AM STILL ABLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW THE GAME GOT THE RATING IT DID. HOWEVER FOR SOME TIME IVE NOTICED THIS JUST NOT HAPPINING WITH THE QUEST GAMES IVE BEEN BUYING. NOT TO TRY BEING MEAN OR OVER REACT TO THINGS , HOWEVER THIS GAME IS A TERRIBLE GAME! IVE PLAYED MY SHARE OF BAD GAMES BEFORE LIKE THE LORD OF THE RINGS GOLUM OR HOWEVER ITS SPELLED BUT THIS IS RIGHT UP THERE WITH THAT GAME. HOW A GAME COULD BE LIKED THATS THIS REPETATIVE , TERRIBLE GRAPHICS(EVEN THOUGH IVE PLAYED GREAT GAMES BEFORE WITH ALSO TERRIBLE GRAPHICS). NOTHING NEW AS ITS JUST A FEW IDEAS TAKEN FROM OTHER GAMES BUT DONE FAR WORSE, WEAPONS THAT SUCK AND THAT ARE UNIMMERSIVE DUE BEING SO BASIC AND WITHNO MANUAL RELOADING OPTION ALTHOUGH SHOULD BE DEFAULT ESPECIALLY FOR THIS BEING VR WHERE ITS SOMETHING YOU COULD ONLY DO IN VR INSTEAD OF WATCHING IT DONE IN REGULAR GAMING. JUST LACK OF WEAPONS ON A LEVEL IVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE. I MEAN I THOUGHT FOR SURE THAT ONE OF THE GUN BOXES WOULD OFFER SOMETHING NEW BUT NOPE, NOT EVEN ATTACHMENTS FOR YOUR WEAPONS, OR ANYTHING MEANINGFULL TO FIND OR EARN OR RECEIVE FOR COMPLETION OF THE MISSIONS YOU COMPLETE. JUST BORING RINSE REPEAT GAMEPLAY WITH AI THAT JUST MOVES ENEMIES DIRECTLY AT YOU. THIS GAME DID IT FOR ME THOUGH, AS I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT ITS EVEN SLIGHTLY POSSIBLE TO HAVE EARNED SUCH A HIGH RATING WHERE AS RIGHT NOW IT SITS AT A 4.6. A 4.6 !!!!!!!!!!! NO WAY THATS POSSIBLE.!! NOT A CHANCE. EVERYONE WOULD HAVE TO BE ON DRUGS TO HAVE GIVEN IT SUCH PRAISE. IF THATS THE CASE THEN I RECANT THIS REVIEW AND I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST. IN FACT PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN GET MY HANDS ON SOME AS WELL FOR ID LOVE TO PLAY A REALLY GOOD GAME THATS GOT A 9 OUT OF 10 OR HIGHER RATING AND EXPERIENCE IT AS A 15 OUT OF 10 GAME RATING. YOU GET THE POINT.

Wow.. cheap.. and dark..

This game makes me question why I spent so much for a quest 3. This is ps2 graphics with absolutely no nostalgia. Horrible to the core, RE4 and Saints & Sinners takes a dump on this if you have a zombie killing urge. I'm actually mad that 20 votes before me put 5 stars. Ridiculous.

Love it!

I have been looking forward to this game for quite a bit and it doesn’t disappoint! Most people who play this game are mature adults who don’t mind you joining there group for a run… but there are also quite a bit 6-10 year olds screaming and destroying the node when you were still trying to use it a little more. Now this isn’t the worst thing and I find that I should be more mature about this but it can be a mild mood breaker. Anyways this game is 100% worth your money! And devs- you did a wonderful job and I’m exited to see what comes of this game!
