A lot of fun
This app is similar to another app called Virtuoso but is perhaps not as fleshed out as yet. The drumkit of this app has an interesting feature which allows both sides of the drum pad to have a hit event (front and rear side). You can also layer several pads on top of each other at varying distances and then hit the drumstick through all of them in sequence, then pull the stick backwards to repeat the sequence in reverse, this can create an interesting layered drum effect. At first I was going to suggest that the double sided pads be a switchable option, but then discovered that the creator had already thought of that and each pad can be individually switched from single to double sided. The UI is a little low res at this stage and the glow effect could probably do with being toned down a little (or have it adjustable). The excessive glow is most noticeable on the colour swatch selection for the drum pads. I'm still trying to get my head around timing as I think there may be a slight delay, there seems to be a way to overcome poor timing in the settings but I havent quite got it working to my liking as yet. Controlling the volume of the synth by rotating your wrist is nice, however it might be better if we could adjust the degree of rotation required to go from 0-full volume. At present it seems to be based on a 360 degree rotation, and is not really possible to perform unless you are a contortionist with your wrists. Perhaps make it so that only a 180 degree rotation range is needed. All in all, a great effort so far and looking forward to seeing it grow.
