Surprisingly Addictive

“One more round.” “Just one more round.” There will always be just one more round because this game is so enjoyable, FUN!, and somehow addicting. You can play solo or 1v1, but I definitely recommend playing with a friend. Only a small space is required to play and set up is easy. I love the 360 degree wall and the equipment customization. Be careful, you may get so immersed in this game that you’ll dive for the ball and…….ruh roh! I guess you’ll have to see what happened in my YT video. lol. If you’re considering it or just browsing the store, get the game!! @misschiefvr

Somethings missing to get me hooked.

REVIEW 28.2.25. I’ve played this game for under forty minutes. I love racket games and have quite a few. I’d normally start this sort of game and continue playing for well over an hour. The first time I loaded it up I quite enjoyed checking it out as it’s an original idea which is very well executed. It seemed like it would be great fun and I played for around 25 minutes or so. I then tried again earlier today and couldn’t get an online match. So I tried some mini games. I didn’t find any of them that enjoyable. I can’t quite put my finger what the issue is with Spinball. It should be fun, but a lack of space doesn’t help. Although the setup shows quite a small area, to actually play anything passed medium difficulty versus the AI bot requires a lot more space. I’d say maybe over four metres squared or even more if hitting the ball harder. POSSIBLE IMPROVEMENTS If each player had a side like squash, tennis, table tennis, badminton or racket ball, that could possibly work. Also whoever serves has a massive advantage too and can hit the ball directly at you and it’s almost impossible to get. Having to cover 360 degrees in such a small space doesn’t work for me. Maybe if it was a bigger area and four players had their own quarter of the court or areas to cover that could work. I am really not sure. CONCLUSION Maybe I’m not doing the game enough justice and haven’t given it enough time, but it doesn’t seem that fun. Even in early access there has got to be a carrot big enough to want to play more, I just can’t find that carrot I’m sorry to say. Something’s missing to me at least. I’ll check back and see how it progresses, but for now I think it’s a refund I’m afraid.

This is THE BEST MR Game Out There!

The title doesn't deceive you. This is in my personal opinion the best MR game on the platform! As you start a match the game's court builds up around you. It feels like you are being enclosed in your own personal arena! It's a dope feeling! The game itself is pretty straight forward, but the more you play the more you see how much strategy can go into a match. Where you hit the ball and how hard can really change the outcome of a point. In my time playing I remember being so caught up in the competition and immersion that I tried stepping over the net on the floor since I didn't want to trip on it haha. If you are a fan of sports, want a game that will make you move, and want to challenge a friendly and competitive community, then you need to try out Spinball!

Get the momentum going

I'm enjoying this game and I like the concept of it. In someone that has tried nearly all the sports VR games, to name a few: Walkabout mini golf Golf+ Home Sports Thrill of the fight 2 Miracle pool Eleven. Table tennis So I clearly have experience in this area. I would like to give a shout out to the Development team as I sincerely hope they can build upon this concept and include new features to make it like another standout game like Eleven Table Tennis.

one of the best MR sport games currently

this game is perfect for mixed reality and is incredibly fun. The game is not about hitting the ball as hard as possible, but about making it as difficult as possible for the opponent to get the ball. This makes you sweat a lot when you have strong opponents. Despite potential in the form of more online players and nicer skins, I give the game 5 stars because of the brilliant basic idea and perfect integration of MR
