Just wanted to express my praise for the new feature in the SketchUp Quest viewer. The ability to turn a real-world context into a 3d SketchUp model is a really great addition to the app. Using a Quest3, to be able to just walk around the space a few minutes and have it convert to a rough 3d model is a really nice for my work as an architect. I have to test more but I can see me doing this for every new remodeling job. The accuracy is about 99% which is nice for a concept design but not good enough to actually use it for working drawings - yet... But with ever-improving hardware and software, I can see this improve with every generation so I'm hoping the team will continue to develop and support this feature and not just leave it as a proof of concept. In short; this option really could be a game changer for every designer and architect.

This app is really neat, but I noticed a lot of text is hard to read and as soon as I loaded a model the performance dropped quite a bit. Since this is a beta, perf probably somewhat forgivable but they should be using compositor layers to make text clear.
