Escape the arcade in Shooty Skies Overdrive, an action-packed VR shoot ‘em up designed for Oculus Quest. Dodge and weave your way through dynamically generated enemy waves and blast them at point-blank range. An incredible journey through colorful retro worlds and ridiculous alien invaders.

● A room-scale BULLET HELL shooter experience, inspired by 1980s arcade RETRO classics. ● With your spare hand, snatch a POWER-UP out of the air to get the jump on your enemies. A CHAINSAW? A YO-YO? Is that a SHARK ON A FREAKIN’ STICK? ● Want to just chill in your armchair? That’s OK! Switch to CHILL difficulty and take it easy, couch potato. ● Want an extra challenge? Just switch the game difficulty to OVERDRIVE! (Nice knowing you BTW) ● But you’re not done yet... Go back and fly challenging side missions to unlock an entire SQUADRON of diverse pilots. ● Shooty Skies Overdrive is cross-buy enabled for Oculus Rift and Oculus Quest.

Good game

Its a great game, good graphics, fun characters, but the automatic shooting thing annoys me, it makes me lose immersion and makes the game too easy and less interactive, If you add a toggle button or remove this feature, I would gladly add 5 stars, other than that, this is great They added a toggle, 5 stars as promised

A must have!

If you have ever played the original ShootySkies or space pirate trainer this is a must have, it is very retro and super fun, the only thing I wish they added or should add in future updates is an endless mode and the claw machine to earn more pilots. But other than that, this is one of the best games ever.

Shooty Skies Fun

Pros: I love playing this game. It’s fun, can be really challenging in the overdrive levels. It has great graphics and I like the different worlds. I like that it can be a pop tart, a robot, people with shopping carts, gorillas, or a myriad of other trying to get you. The different pilots are awesome, especially the little noises they make. Great for any age from small child to grandparents. One of my top three favorite games on Oculus! Highly recommend! I still play it even though I’ve beat the entire game because its just fun to play. Cons: I wish they would add more worlds or more levels. I’ve beat all the worlds in all of the levels. A littler bit better tutorial letting people know they don’t collect the bullets. When I first started playing I didn’t know. Explain the gold box and how to use the items collected when you touch the gold box.

Nice!!!

This game was extremely fun. I enjoyed it so much. Because it's from the creators of crossy road I really really liked the block feeling and the arcade style game. this is unlike any other stand in one spot shooter game this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that is incredibly incredibly cool. I would definitely recommend this game to anybody new to VR or looking for a cheap budget game. I would even buy this game for $20 because that's how good I thought it was. But if you wait for this game to go on a sale then you could get it for a whole lot cheaper. It's definitely worth the 10 bucks that it is. you get to choose characters unlock them do special challenges receive highest scores there's five different unique worlds to explore there's just so much to offer for a game that's $10. When you think about how much effort and work is put into these games which is like hours months even years perhaps and they're selling it for $10 or even more you really begin to appreciate the hard work the creators put into these thank you so much for the amazing game.!!!!

Not what i was expecting

Watched preview of this game and it looked good but it turned out to be near impossible for me as im dissabled i didnt know there would be hundreds of shots coming at me and i am not able to avoid them because of my physical problem so everytime i tried i died,i played for about 10 mins max then asked for a refund as i could not play it,after a week they have refused, what a supprise, they done the same thing with doctor who which is rubbish and i got stuck with that too, oculus dont stick to their rules they seem to make them up as they go along,i will probably be passing along my oculus quest in the near distant future
