"Run the Planet" is an immersive diorama-style game where you take on the role of a godlike overseer, guiding a tiny stick-figure inhabitant to grow and evolve their small planet.

Set in a charming, minimalistic universe, your goal is to nurture and expand this tiny celestial body by controlling the stick figure as they run across the planet, gathering resources, unlocking upgrades and survive alien invasions.

Before every level up in Run the Planet, the stakes get higher as an alien invasion looms! Alien ships will try to break into your orbit, and if they succeed, they’ll abduct your stick figure, leaving them floating helplessly while their health drains. When floating, you can’t run laps to recharge…

To level up in Run the Planet, you’ll need to collect every energy stone scattered across your world! Run and jump around the planet’s surface to collect them all. Each energy stone fuels your progress, and only when you’ve grabbed every last one will the path to the next level unlock. Keep running…

Uhhhh....

No idea what to do. I collect the glowing colored rocks and shoot d*mn nearcendless UFOs after that. Then something happens and I collect rocks again. Now I'm standing there as meteorites are hitting my planet. Shooting them stops them, but this never ends, and there's no way to get more than half of them because you can't see them all and the controls are horrible... There's no real point to the game and none of its fun nor feels good... Can't recommend it in it's current state, nor am I sure the core game is worth building on.
