Perfection

Growing up I used to play Worms quite a bit. I heard that Table Troopers had a similar style, but I wasn't expecting to love it this much! Not only does it do everything that Worms did well - it also adds VR mechanics that make me want to keep coming back for more. If this game had Quest Achievements, it may very well he my VR Game of the Year. The fun-factor is definitely there.

Ive been playing VR since 2017, Ik a thing or two. Recently, I bought this game for my Q3 and Q2 to play between my wife and I. Let me just say….WE ARE ADDICTED!! This game works in AR perfectly on Q3 and Q2. We enjoy lining up our avatars over each other and battling out!! Lots of maps, multiple players to choose from, and tons of weapons. It’s already becoming a MUST HAVE on the quest. This game is simply a masterpiece for next level VR tabletop games. Hats off to the developers 🧢

Read Before Buying

If you like mixed reality games like meta showed in the quest 3 ad, then get this game. It’s not too fast paced, or slow. It’s perfect and fun, you don’t need to know a million different things to play and they did a really good job on the game. The graphics are amazing, the sounds are good, the gameplay is smooth and intuitive. So if you want a game worth your money. Get this game!

VR perfection in a Worms-like game

This game is such a joy. You’ve got an absolutely brilliant VR control scheme layered on top of some immensely satisfying physics & destruction, all wrapped up in a game that already rivals Worms with its charm. As a kid playing Worms I could have never even dreamed of actually playing something as cool as this. My suggestions for things I’d love to see in the future: - Team customization tools - Ragdoll physics with the pawns when they die would be very satisfying - Hand tracking, if it can work well enough - Map creation tools - Procedurally generated maps maybe? I really don’t have any complaints beyond some minor performance things and animation stutters here and there but I know it’s Early Access so that stuff will get ironed out I’m sure. Really well done, devs! You’ve got a banger of a game already and I can’t wait to see how it develops!

Worms in VR

I've owned Table Troopers for a while now, and it captures the spirit of classic Worms really well in VR. The game offers a fun campaign, solid AI battles, and the overall gameplay feels great also just for single players. The only drawback: the multiplayer lobby is often quiet. :-( Still, this game deserves more attention. I hope more players discover it so the multiplayer can grow
