Critical Points of Feedback
TL;DR: Is this game worth $30? No. Not in it's current form. First off, let me just say that this game has a fair amount of potential. This is pretty close to just being a demo, and the price therefore isn't worth it (in my opinion), unless you're banking on the game growing. Pros: - The HUD is stellar. This earns the game 1 star on it's own - The aiming system is intuitive - Game-play is fast-paced, but not so intense that most people can play - Game-play is weapons (Filthy) Neutrals: - Negligible selection of Skins/Models. About the same amount as Hyper Dash (which is f2p) - Leaderboard only show 25 names Cons: - Dead left hand: There is no tracking on the left hand, it snaps onto your gun if you're close to it. Seriously detriment to immersion - Utilities don't always place: Pressing LT to place your utility doesn't always work, and it seems linked to when your left hand is on your gun - Ammo on picked up weapons needs to be brighter - Sprinting: Sprinting but you need to be able to make sharper turns when doing so. - Movement direction: Let me change locomotion to the direction i'm facing, or create a range of motion for the my cross-hair to govern direction. This is a contributing factor to the difficulty with continuous sprinting - Stamina: Show me how many slides i have left - Respawning: Players shouldn't be able to respawn so near to a spawn point, and player should be granted some amount of immunity upon respawn. I can literally kill someone while they are 'uploading' into the level. Now, you would think that with all these cons, the game would net less than 4 stars, and you're right. But I gave a star for the HUD (lol), and i'm preempting this review in hopes that because this is a 'pre-season' (demo more like it, like I said), it will improve.
