AN AIRPLANE AVIATION DELIGHT

Sometimes a game comes along with no bells or whistles and tbe majority miss out on an undiscovered gem, This is no ordinary airplane adventure, this is a history lesson in aviation. Loved the crisp cartoon graphics which really fit the game, I would love some free movement if possible, I did struggle a little with the point & click system, nothing game breaking but the option to freely move around would really enhance the the gameplay where needed, in the hanger. The puzzles are clever & never too taxing, and enjoyed the route making staying under budget. This so far is more a management game than a flying game so far, that is the beauty of this game. A wonderful concept and a great story to go with it. This is one I want to keep playing to see where the story goes. Well done to the dev team a very good entry to meta quest.

A game that chases atmosphere

I went into Sky Legends VR expecting a simple flying game, but it ended up being way more immersive than I thought. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. Flying those old-school planes through storms and rough weather in VR genuinely feels intense, especially when you’re relying on manual controls and navigation instead of modern tech. The game does a great job making you feel like an actual pilot from the early aviation era. I also liked that it wasn’t just nonstop flying missions. There’s exploration, story moments, and interactive sections that help keep things fresh instead of repetitive. Visually, the environments look great in VR and some of the scenery is honestly stunning when you’re up in the air. The sound design also adds a lot to the immersion with the engine noise, wind, and radio chatter. That said, the game definitely has a few rough edges. Some controls felt awkward at times and certain interactions could be smoother. The pacing is slower than most VR games too, so people expecting arcade-style action might not connect with it as much. Overall though, I really enjoyed it. Sky Legends VR feels unique compared to a lot of other VR titles because it focuses more on immersion and adventure than constant action. If you like aviation, exploration, or cinematic VR experiences, it’s absolutely worth checking out. The key thing to remember here is this is a game that takes you on a great journey it’s not a flight sim.

An interactive museum

Hey, I just wanted to leave a comment because I think the developers have magnificently succeeded in creating an experience that immerses us in the era of the Aéropostale. I believe they found the best way to tell a story while still delivering an enjoyable experience to play, both through stunning visuals in a unique style and through gameplay rich in puzzles, with well-executed flying sequences! I truly recommend this game to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the fascinating history of the Aéropostale!

Came for Top Gun - learnt how to clean.

This wasn’t what I expected, but I’m still really enjoying it. The graphics are cartoon-styled and look great — really crisp and clear in VR. It’s much more of a narrative, story-driven game than I anticipated, with a few fun puzzles along the way, like mixing cleaning products correctly and working out the best streamlined flying routes to save money. I did find moving around the hangar between positions a bit clunky and hit-and-miss, sometimes taking several button presses to move where I wanted. That could just be user error though, as I haven’t really seen others mention it in reviews. Also, devs… I love the wristwatch displaying the actual local time — such a small detail, but a brilliant touch!

VR GEM! A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE

Sky Legends is a beautiful and immersive VR experience that brings aviation history to life. The hand tracking works great, and the storytelling is engaging and educational. A must-try for anyone who enjoys narrative VR experiences. A hidden Gem!
