Hello, former head moderator here. To put it short, the owner does not care about his community. He neglects his staff team of what is necessary, is extremely rude, and begs to be the center of attention. He is also incapable of handling conflicts in a calm and organized manner, often jumping to conclusions and using excuses to get a sense of justice. He also does not take accountability for any issues he himself often causes, once again using excuses to make himself look in the right. Alongside that, there are also multiple occasions of him condoning the actions of problematic people just because they were his friend or served great purpose to the game. TLDR; Raptor is not built for running a community of this size and carries multiple issues he refuses to address. While the game is good, the owner is not made for running communities of this size.
