A charming FPS.
It took me a while to figure out the nonstandard control scheme... SHOOT: Point the controller at the target and pull trigger. JUMP: Point controller straight upwards (or down) and pull trigger. MOVE: Point controller in direction you want to go and press touch pad. Point forward to go forward, left/right to strafe, point the controller behind you to move backwards, etc. Once you learn these controls, things start to click. Of course, at any given time these three possible actions give you three different directions you might want to point the controller. There's a lot of rapid pointing in this game, it's used for lots of things. The game can be frustrating at times, since any mistake resets the level. I sometimes wish that you were reset to the last switch you flipped rather than the beginning. There were some 'Not again!' moments. But once I got the hang of it, it's definitely fun. The graphics are cute and well done. Voxel goodness! The game runs really smoothly on go. The music is good. This games small file size is a real selling point: well under 200MB. If you're GO is filling up, and you want something small in file size but big in scope, this could be a really fun option.
