Культовый динамичный рельсовый шутер возвращается в VR! Вышедшая ещё в 1987 году в аркадных автоматах, Operation Wolf Returns: First Mission VR сохраняет ту же ДНК, что и оригинальная игра, но с переработанным дизайном!

Несколько месяцев назад появилась новая преступная организация. Помимо торговли оружием и наркотиками, она разработала новое сверхмощное оружие. Обнаружив несколько баз этой организации, возглавляемой загадочным генералом Вайпером, на задание отправляют двух агентов, чтобы узнать больше об этом оружии и освободить заложников, удерживаемых в окрестных лагерях.

Good but short

I remember playing the original in the arcade so this game brought some of those memories. It is an enjoyable experience but like others have said, it's way too short for the price. I also encountered a bug where the game would not let me switch weapons. No matter how many times I pushed the direction of the gun I wanted, it wouldn't switch. To fix it, I had to switch to a gun I didn't want and then to the one I actually wanted. This led to some cheap deaths, which was a little frustrating. Hopefully, they will fix this with an update.

Ok,1987 nostalgia classic.

Remember playing this on my C64 with a light gun on the old crt tv,what a classic . Was better on the C64,lol. Will update more later. Way too short,don't bother for the price . Save your hard earned cash for the new upcoming AAA titles.

Fun, not frustrating.

This is the perfect VR game. Pros: - Based off of a classic arcade smash hit, 1987’s “Operation Wolf” by Taito - Very comfortable to play standing or sitting - Action packed enough to excite, yet casual enough not to frustrate - Nothing complicated about shooting nor reloading, yet varied enough to keep from getting bored - Appealing for all ages Requested Additions (not cons): - Achievements. Would be great to have goals to work towards. The console ports have achievements. - The original 1987 arcade game. It should be an unlockable bonus for beating the game. Seeing the original arcade cabinet on the menu is such a tease. - Interactive menu. Speaking of teases, there’s so many targets and destructible-looking objects that are just static parts of the set. Let people new to VR shoot EVERYTHING. - More modes. The 99 Waves were fun, but I got an S-Rank on my first attempt and cleared all 99 waves in 35 minutes. Gotta add some more stuff. Maybe unlockable weapons or silly modifiers for the solo campaign. Maybe “Operation Thunderbolt” or “Operation Wolf 3”.

Not bad but not so good

Cons: - attacks from behind you (bad concept for a rail shooter ???) - errors in map design (gaps) - missing visual sign of finished campaigns - script bugs (spawning to early) - bad control for the helicopter gun - each time you start the game, you have to press the skip button - low resolution baked lights - annoying when you have low life and the vision is limited - very bad sound design (you can't locate the source of sound) Pros: + nice, stylistics graphics + varied maps + unique boss fights + helicopter mission + waves mode + different paths + bullets are clearly visible + you can press the continue button as many times as you want (but respawns count are not saved) 72/100

No Response On Any Review From Developer

I am concerned that none of the reviews, especially critical ones have not had any responses. That typically is a red flag to not expect many if any updates addressing issues. I hope I'm proven wrong.
