Promising Game for the future of VR

Waited about a month before giving my official opinion. But, overall hibow is a great game with distinguishing features that sets it apart from other VR games. For this to be an applab application; a game still in development, they have several game options to choose from that'll help you get better at the overall game. With the simple bow hookclaw mechanics and teleportation, it makes it so easy to move in game, which is a plus since engagements are fast paced. The game creators say there's new skills and things coming to the game which can only make the future of the game even more exciting. The current path of the game is a fun one to walk upon.

Good game, very early development

When I seen “ battle royale” in the title, I was expecting a 50player last man standing wins kinda game. Instead it was a 10 person respawn free for all incase anyone thinks the same As title says, very early development, I was against 1 real person and the rest was bots. There is only the one map so far but I’m sure there is more to come. The bows are kinda hard to shoot since there isn’t a sight, only a faint red line. I did pick up a sniper bow from a dead bot, but can’t use the scope it’s just a solid colour blue. The katana feels kinda broken since you can keep jumping around slashing everyone when it is supposed to be a bow game ( presuming since bow is in title ) Apart from having to play against bots ( not developers fault, just needs more attention ), it was kinda fun. I won all my 3 matches with 20+ kills, since they’re bots lol. But the jumping mechanics were better than I expected, just annoying that you get so many that you can shoot from the bow each time you respawn so can just chase people with the sword whilst having the bow jump out at the same time. The starting area (training ) did not spawn me with a weapon and I couldn’t find one to pick up I did the tutorial, and I was being dropped from pods and jumping buildings... but in game there is no pods or buildings just a small fighting arena ( enless I missed something ). Kinda annoying the ranked mode is at limited times in the day, but there also is not enough players currently to even play it anyway. Overall a decent game to jump into for a quick game, but not something I can currently play endlessly since same map and against bots, expecting big things from this game in the future

Stuck on character screen bug

I can not play the game because my cursor doesn’t work and is stuck in the middle of the screen and none of the controls work and I need some help

Awesome

This game is incredibly smooth and combat is very rewarding. Nothing like zipping up in the air and sniping someone on the ground. Has huge potential and if this isn’t the finished product this will be huge when it’s finished. Would gladly pay full price for this.

Worth the play

Game has potential even in beta with a platoon of bugs. It's already fun and captivating. Once the flying and shooting projectile physics clicked in my brain I was hooked. The game is about upgrading your bow and positioning yourself based on the weapon and skills you have to win the fight. It demands a swift tactical thinking and execution. When you don't see where you're being shot from it can spike up your heartrate and adrenaline trying to get away and figuring out how to turn from a pray into the predator. Most players underestimate the power of melee weapons here. It's awkward but those swords and hammers win. Devs are patient and friendly even towards ungrateful and ignorant users with expectation of world owing them something based on what I've seen in discord chat. All in all game's worth the effort to try and learn it. Hardest part is remembering the controller button patterns without thinking. That was the first problem I had to overcome prior to winning games.
