PLEASE READ!! (Skinmaker + player)

I used to play this game practically religiously a few years ago, until they started pumping the game full of microtransactions, unlicensed characters, and AI skins with insane artstyle inconsistencies. Then came mobile, which was their desperate (and failed) last attempt at saving this shell of a game it once was. You used to have like 22 pages of just ARENA GAMES and almost 7 pages of no overshield games. Now what do you have with the auto targeting weapon, and mobile players? You have a server browser with a total of 2 pages. 2 pages. Most of which are hubs. No one is even playing the main game. Now surely, this dev team is really good at listening to their community? No. Not only did they not credit or compensate someone who carried their battlepass as a community member, they also downright ignored me, and treated me like trash despite my wishes. You know that techno blade skin? Yeah, I made it. Don’t believe me? Go in game. Find it in the skin browser. It’s mine. Now surely a skin that I made to respect someone I loved alot wouldn’t have issues right? No. People told me they were going to kill me. Or told me to kill myself. Why? Because kids were wearing my skins. Also, these same people are roaming your discord community today, with no consequences! But I’ll get into that later. In the meantime, let’s talk about you doing what I ask, then reverting it as soon as I exit the community. So, I decide to shoot a dm to the devs to say “hey, remove my skin pls. People are telling me they’re going to kill me. It’s not nice.” A few days go by. Then weeks. Then months. Then a year. Then they FINALLY remove it from purchase options on the skinmart. So then I can finally rest. Or so you think!! I actually left the game forever, and then to my surprise, someone informs me ITS BACK IN THE SKINMART!! Also, fun fact, they’re showing it ON THEIR WEBSITE TOO!!! (As of 10/12/25) Along with one other skin I made, which I also did not say could be put on their website but whatever, I’m sure there’s some sketchy line I missed in their EULA. Finally, I’d like to talk about your discord. God, is it degenerate. After everyone left the game who was normal and cool, the remaining people left were femboys, femboys whos only humor is posting pictures of their sensitive parts of their body, and sexual jokes. Haha. Hilarious. Not to mention, there’s been multiple groomers / pdfs that have roamed in your discord before, which no moderator action was taken too. (Someone sent a picture of their dingaling to a minor) and that’s OKAY? Also, those same people who told me to end my life? They are still living and thriving there. Just posting stuff like there’s no tomorrow. But hey, if there’s a concerned mother out there wondering if this game is safe. I’ll keep it simple - yeah, because no one wants to play this anymore. If they go on the discord however, they’ll be attacked a million times. I know the devs will definetly ignore this to try to capitalize off their new vr and mobile players, so as a final parting gift, I just want to say; you’re terrible people. You terribly managed a game, and you had a good thing. You could’ve made a bunch of money if you kept doing what you had done previously and actually kept listening. Now you’re a shell of your past self, and a soulless bland cash grab. Congratulations, I hope that extra dollar was worth it. Goodbye, and don’t fumble your next project. (If there even is another one.)

Great game, but extremely toxic players.

i recommend playing this game, just be very careful with the people you make friends with on here. i really do love this game, but so many people are overly competitive and extremely toxic. Grown adults (in their 30-40’s+) even act like children. The gameplay itself is the only reason i keep coming back, it’s better to play the game with everybody muted. In terms of gameplay (as of mar 2025) mobile players feel like they have an unfair advantage

Honest review

Tbh this game was amazing, I started playing during the stormkeep season and this WAS my favorite game on VR. This game was doing great up until season 12 (current season) this season is just a revamp of season 11 but much worse, they also keep adding no skill weapons such as the magic wand,flame cannons, and the f*****g aim bot laser cannon. And there are way to many sweats who always have to win and make the game no fun. But don’t get me started on the mobile players, it’s not even a fair fight if there’s a mobile player in a lobby because they NEVER miss and it’s so godamm annoying I just decided to quit this game because it just sucks now.

Devs are immature and ignore critisim

The game itself is unique no doubt about it there isn't anything like it and many people have played since it came out, I have no doubt 90 percent of the player base is aware of what the devs do and don't actually do. The devs have been very insufferable and do not listen to their community both recently and for quite a long time. The most recent update may very well be the worst mid season update in this games history. Lots of People who do not even talk at all in the game get mic banned for no reason and we're talking about hundreds of players. And we can't forget about the new upcoming game Raider legends, this new game according to many testers including Ultragamer135 have said it's not looking good. Ultragamer135 has been a tester for gun raiders for quite a while now and recently he got a chance to test out raider legends. Ultragamer after a bit of exploring the game he formed an opinion on the game.He proceeded to express his opinion on this do a bunch of people and the devs responded by removing him as a tester. A tester.. lost his role because he expressed his opinion on a game he was told to test. And let's not forget that one of the devs his name is Duckrice was irritated when he was questioned about freedom of speech. His own words that he said to my friend follow as "Freedom of speech, really? We're going there? Let me put this in simple terms. This is our community, our game, our server. This is not a place where you can do whatever you want, say whatever you want. If you break our rules, you're gone" he also said this after he banned me from the discord "Because he broke community guidelines and spread bad vibes. Bad vibes = ban" he's right about the first part, yes I did break community guidelines, but the last part. Vibes?! Bad vibes equals a ban according to him 🤦‍♂️ this really should put into perspective what kind of people run this game and manage the community. I would not be surprised if the devs dig their game it's own grave judging by everything that has happened. But guys always remember: Be kind or be muted.

One of the Best Games on VR

I've been playing this game since before season 4 (it's been so long I can't remember), and I can honestly say this is one of the best games I've ever played on VR, and probably the best shooter I've played so far. There are several gamemodes that you can play, like control points, capture the flag, team deathmatch, and several more. To help make things interesting in these gamemodes there are also versions of them where you can only use certain weapons (ex. Melee only, snipers only). There is also a hangout lobby, where you can go around and get into gun fights with other people, as well as a melee dojo/arena if you want to only go up close and personal. There is also a wide variety of weapons for you to enjoy in the game, like melee, close up weapons, semi-automatic, fully automatic, snipers, explosives, and even other crazy things like flamethrowers. There is no pay to win, technically there is in game currency that you can purchase with real money, but the currency can only go towards cosmetics for weapons and skins. All in all, 10/10 game, for the most part it is well-balanced, and just very fun to play. Oh, and it's free, so why not at least try it out?
