Stuck in tutorial

I've been trying to go through the tutorial 7 times but nothing happens after I pick up the guitar. And I have to wait for the very slow speaking guitar god to ask me to pick that up every time. Do I need to reinstall or?

Great so far

Gameplay method works really well. Looking forward to see how this develops with more songs and maybe a campaign. Would good if the notes also represented up and down strums.

Potential but falls short....massively

Extremely uncomfortable to play. The guitar adjustment only allows up and down movement and there is no way to bring the guitar closer to your body. Unfortunately every time you try to move your body closer to the guitar it moves away. This makes for a very unnatural stance and position when trying to play.
