This game is horrifyingly fun!

I’m not saying this just because I was apart of their beta testing, this game is scary fun! The game concept is real simple. You’re a cute but kindof creepy looking alpaca, team up with others or play solo, and collect vases worth month spread out on floors. Collecting enough money allows purchasing of upgrades after completion of each floor because..you have to AVOID or FIGHT monsters while doing so! Each monsters have unique mechanics or strategies so do your homework! Did I mention this game is FREE?! No brainer to download and give this game a try!

Get ready for action

Alpaca Party was way more than I expected. The graphics are cool and the play is smooth. With. The ever changing maps, veteran players don’t have such a big advantage over newer players. I played this game early on so there weren’t always too many players to team up with. It’s a lot of fun. I recommend playing this one.

A diamond in the rough (EA review)

In a world where there are a myriad of GTag clones dominating the free to play charts.....comes this little diamond in the rough. The game is a little rough around the edges but its to be expected from an EA release. Don't let this put you off as the game is set to get better as the dev expands and polishes the game. Like R.E.P.O the aim is to explore biomes that are randomly generated and gather enough loot to meet the quota. You have to be a bit careful with the fragile loot as it can lose value and eventually break if you aren't careful enough.....sounds simple? Well this is where the monsters comes in! Each one has its own unique quirks that you have to learn and overcome if you want to hit quota. Some have some interesting behaviors and it will be interesting to the way the developer will mislead and surprise players expectations! (In how they attack or behave) Of course there are plenty of Alpacas......of the exploding variety! All hope is not lost as players can take advantage of the available tools that the players can buy between rounds to give then a slight edge. A promising start for this VR entry in the "friendslop genre" that deserves attention from the sea of G-tag clones. Sure it could do with a little bit more polish and a few more enemies and biomes but this is just start for the title! I can't wait to see how the dev expand on the title in the future. (Especially as the dev are prepared to break from the R.E.P.O template and do its own thing - like bosses) Best to of all its free to play! So there's noting to lose really.

An interesting take on a fun formula.

In this game, your aim is in the same as R.E.P.O. However, I personally felt like the overall gameplay was SO MUCH BETTER since the translation into VR was pretty much seemless. I also like the original monsters too that are present in the game as all of their designs are completely original. What also was nice was the controls too. I personally quite like when games throw players into unfamiliar situations in horror situations. Since this games controls are alot different from the average games controls, it makes for a thrilling experience if you havent played any other alpaca-games from the studio. I struggled to find anything wrong with the game as tbh, it was a perfect translation for something that we ALL love. Five Stars - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
