The only review you need to read

First I would like to say this is the best vr game I have ever played. After I got my quest 3 I struggled to find games that I enjoyed to play until I found this one. It is easily one of if not the best game you can buy on the store. Everything from exploration to crafting in this game is phenomenal. One of the main things about the game I found refreshing is that there is no real "to do" list and you have to figure out what new areas, materials, animals, and equipment there are and more on your own. It really makes the game feel more realistic and I think it gives the game something special that other games don't have. The game does have a basic survival guide in your journal that's always accessible and little notes around the world that drop hints of maybe this is what you should work towards or this is where you might want to check out and i think that was a perfect way to do it instead of every other game where its an in depth tutorial of where to go, and how to do this and that. Any review that you see that calls the devs out for using Ai is false and you should completely disregard that review. The shadow figure enemies in the game are also done really well. Overall great game and worth the $15 any day of the week The only "bad" things I can really say about the game is the story line is not the best but I think the gameplay itself makes up for it. I also have had problems with the physics of the ice picks while climbing. I have also had tools disappear into the ground once. Recommendations for future updates - Upgradeable backpack (with more tool slots) Once you get to the point you're able to collect iron I have found it to be difficult to bring all the tools I need so I think an upgrade maybe needing moose fur would be a good upgrade material -Better transportation for insulation - Peaceful game mode where sanity isn't a worry and no shadow figures For people who have finished the story and just want to build/collect

What a game!

Absolutely amazing game this, I played this with my brother and we were pretty much hooked from the start. Proper survival game, played 60 plus hours, so much fun but at the same time there is a great level of trickyness. Easily one of my favourite games of all time and I don’t say that lightly. Pretty special this game and thank you to the devs if you read this, a truly incredible game that stays with you.

Devs PLEASE READ

This game is extraordinary, i mean it! But the fact that you have to have an internet connection, is just dumb. Can you please make it available without internet? Minecraft doesn’t have this problem, its sorta like minecraft but more realistic. It would mean a lot to me, and probably a lot more people too.

Would be 5 stars

This review would be 5 stars, with a few improvements. I know this game is still in its beginning stages, which is why I look forward to it becoming better than it is. 1) All of the time, I try to take something out of my bag and it highlights green, only to grab something from the outside of my bag. Then I try to put that item back on the outside of my bag, it won't let me. This happens all the time to both myself and my husband. 2) Just about anytime I try to pick something up off the ground, such as a log, it grabs something out of my belt instead. This is very frustrating. I've adjusted my belt settings but that makes no difference. 3) An upgradable backpack would be amazing. 4) The ability to rearrange items would be wonderful. Sometimes I'd like to move furniture I've built. It would be nice to be able to move it without having to destroy it and rebuild, wasting supplies and time Otherwise this game is a lot of fun. I find myself playing for hours without even realizing it. I would love to give this game 5 stars and hopefully will be able to in the future.

my personal opinion (devs please read)

this would be a 5 star if anything i would give 10 stars out of 5 but i need the devs to see this, so i would like to say how absolutely perfect this game is, think of green hell, but more forgiving and more cold anyway, i personally love the game and it is a gem in my library but it needs more i have some ideas like after a snowstorm snow is on the roof of buildings and it slowly disappears over time, also something simple, snowballs, if the player grabs snow for a few seconds a snowball is given, another thing is spears i think spear fishing and having a weapon with reach would be perfect and useful think of the sharp stick but longer and better, and for the bow maybe have extra arrows like one for the materials i have so meany ideas, since this game genuinely has potential i feel it can become so much better then it already is the rest of my ideas are adding birds that give a new type of meat, cooking stews, having water freeze over so you have to break the ice to get to the water, more interactive snow so when you walk it leaves a trail, i get you developers probably have other things to do but i really hope you see this and btw i want you to know that your game is amazing and i also plan to join the doscord if you do end up seeing thid just know you make some quality stuff
