Great VR Meditation App

I've been using VR since 2016 and I attempt to try every meditation app for Quest and PCVR. I meditate daily and although I'm tolerant of apps that are rough around the edges I'm still fairly critical. Flowborne does an exceptional job helping you focus on your breath. It employs a novel breathing mechanic that forces you to breathe in a specific way in order to progress through a rendered landscape. The graphics are artful enough to promote a relaxing experience, but simple and sparse enough to ignore if you happen to bliss out. Neither the graphics or the sound design competes with the mechanic, thereby allowing you to focus on your breath to maximum benefit. And it's free. Flowborne has an abundance of content for you to return to if you enjoy the experience. They're giving away more content than they should if they hope to one day monetize the app IMHO. It's great. Grab it and use it.

Deep breathing diaphragm breathing app

For people having a stiff body, having anxiety, breathing shallow or just anyone that needs some focus and abdominal training. This app is simple but effective. To the devs. Please allow some customization for the sounds/music. Or just a simple on/ off. I want to listen to my own music. Yours is good but it's much of the same.

Promising but…

Unlike other similar apps that I have tried this one doesn’t seem to support using it while lying down. Meaning the there is no way to reset the view orientation

Fantastic!

I have tried several other "breathing" apps. This one is way different, way better, way unique! You put the controller on your stomach, and the magic begins. I suggest watching the quick tutorial first. The music so good, great quality, relaxing. You move with your breathing. On the journey surrounding has slow movement of things that make the journey more relaxing and fun. There are different themes to choose from and from short, medium to longer journeys. I'm not really quite sure what I expected when I downloaded the app, but I couldn't have imagined how it is. I simply love it. I was just checking it out, but when I finished, seriously felt better. I think me and people in general have a difficult time breathing from your stomach, and this app with the controller on your stomach, and the graphics help you have better breathing technique, and making it easy to do so. I highly recommend

What Happened to the Original Storyline?

Wasn't there a mystery of some woman and I needed to find messages along the way with hints? I specifically remember that when I played the demo. I don't mind that you guys decided to turn this into a meditation only app and take out the "Quest / Storyline" sort of other than in this day and age we have a thing called OPTIONS. You KEEP the story mode and you also have a meditation only mode and let the people decide. I feel like something I really liked about the original concept which made me come back and buy the game was taken from me. Kind of like how Trader Joe's used to sell this Blood Orange Juice - There was NOTHING like it. AMAZING! And then one day it was gone. They stopped selling it. Don't do that. I am great at writing stories. I got a ZERO for Plagerism back when I was in like 10th grade because the Short Stories teacher was CONVINCED that I stole my story out of a book someone else wrote even though 100% I wrote it myself. I never went back to that class. Luckily it was 6th hour so I just left school early that year. How about that storyline?
