CRASHLAND — это VR-боевик в жанре экшен-хоррор, действие которого разворачивается на враждебной инопланетной планете. Вы играете за межгалактического гладиатора, который терпит крушение и пытается выжить до прибытия спасателей. Бои в CRASHLAND стремительны, жестоки и беспощадны. Вы будете сражаться с гигантскими адскими червями в пустыне, с птицами-ужасами в лесу, со скорпионами в тумане и с пауками во тьме. Спрятаться негде.
Чтобы выжить, вам предстоит освоить пистолет, дробовик, сканер и телепортер. Во время миссий будут выпадать новые режимы стрельбы и усиления. Получая опыт, вы повышаете уровень, открываете перки и кардинально меняете ход игры.

I was THIS close to giving 1 star because, as the one-star reviewers complain about, it doesn’t let you go past the training level. I was ready to give up on it and gave it one mire try and I’m glad I did. I finished the training and it brought up the training window again. Here you have to toggle to the right. It will bring up the 1st level. I love the game! Best thing out there!

I do NOT get the negative reviews at ALL. Follow the directions: 1) You need to teleport Often (each kill gives another teleport bar anyway), so Use it! 2) There are FOUR difficulty settings - i did comfortable 1st, to get the hang of it (because I'm not so good at Fps's yet) 3) The monsters & their animations (& sound FX) are AMAZING, as are the abundant worlds. One guy made this game, and Massive props to him! Thanks so much! It took me hours to get through on Comfortable (because i suck :), & now I'm on level 21 in Beginner, with more difficulty levels to follow. SO many hours of -yes- STRESSFUL fun! Beautiful game, with mega-replayability. (Also, the developer has a 20-minute walkthrough on Youtube, which i found Most helpful) Thank you sir, for a killer gaming experience! Definitely in my top 5. Edit: This game ia fantastic. I am now at level 24 on Normal, & have had SOOOO much fun, over SOOOO many hours. This is the one & only native Quest game i keep coming back to. It sits squarely at my #1 spot. BUY IT! (Everyone who gave this one or 2 stars because they couldn't get out of training sucks & should be destroyed)

I’m going to adresse some 1 star review complaints in hopes that more people buy this masterpiece. 1. “Stuck in training room” These people just don’t see the level selection under the main screen. It’s not very hard to switch levels at all 2. “No easy mode” Simply false. It takes 3 seconds to go to settings and see a difficulty slider 3. “Too hard” Games don’t have to be for everyone. If you can tell you aren’t the target audience, you shouldn’t leave a one star review. It unnecessarily hurts the game all while making you look like one of those grown adults that hate Pokémon games for being too easy. This isn’t meant to be a walk in the park. You are crashed on an Alien planet with dangerous creatures all around and little way of protecting yourself. The game does a great job at making you feel like this without being unfair. You need to learn how to position yourself and prioritize threats, learn which boomstick weapon deals with what, and learn when you got to pack your stuff and bail out of a bad spot. So put it simply, the game doesn’t hold your hand, you just need to get good.

I wish I could give 6 stars! I just had to take a short break from being annihilated by Starship Trooper bugs! WOW! What an amazing shooter! This is most definitely one wild adrenaline rush of a game, which is challenging (extremely) and immersive. One thing I LOVE is that when you die and start the same level over (which you will, over and over......and over) the wave of attacks is completely different. Tip: use spawn.....often, or be destroyed! I’d like to thank the developers for bringing this to the Quest. I’m sure it’s gonna be the new breakout hit! UPDATE: attn: Devs! after 2+hrs and still at level 5, man! It would be so nice if you guys updated it to have a true “easy” option. Casual mode is still pure insanity! I’m reading the reviews and that seems to be people’s main gripe. This game has the potential to go down in history as legendary and a sure “must have” game, but please give us the option to dial it down a bit. Still people, buy it! Ok, I’m gonna stop typing and attempt level 5 again. Wish me luck!

Crashlands is a showcase of what VR is capable of and even after all these years it still hasn't been replicated, much less surpassed. It's a simple concept hoard/wave based survival until the timer runs out style of game which on paper doesn't sound that interesting. What makes crashlands different is this simple formulas quickly turns into a joyous nightmare of macabre creatures of all shapes and sizes from giant insects to raptor like birds to many others that I don't want to spoil. All charging at you from various angles and vantage points, some fly, some burrow but all at some point in time will succeed in making you say "holy crap" out loud. Horror on flat screen doesn't scare me, horror in VR works a bit better but still doesn't scare me with the sole exception of crashlands which has given me more jumpscares then any other form of media full stop and I absolutely love it and I cannot stop playing, even after the credits roll I cannot help but crave another burst of adrenaline and I dive back in. This game is a masterpiece that stands the test of time. 5/5
