I’ve watched the movie three times now because the first time I was sitting. Highly recommend standing for this one, I actually found myself dropping to my knees at one point talking face to face with the main character. The animation has various interaction points where you change the direction of the story, you really want to watch it at least twice to experience all the journeys. Magical.

It's an interactive animation. I guess some people might like it, but, personally, I expected more (or perhaps I've just been spoiled by games as of late). You sit there and watch as the story unfolds. The visuals are beautiful, although there were some parts where the FPS went down significantly. The gameplay is a bit lackluster, with the player having a very limited role (to be expected for an interactive animation though). Just temper your expectations. It's an experience, not a game. And, for the price, it's worth it. Just make sure you play this at a time where you won't be distracted. Otherwise, you risk breaking immersion and losing interest in what's happening in front of you.

I would never have bought this if I had realized it was a mini story with few options. I thought...we're finally getting past what I thought was the intro into the story. The characters even said as much... Then nothing. I thought it glitches. Had to Google to realize that was the end. Very anticlimactic... short... and boring. If it had been one of the free options maybe I would have been able to think it cute. But, to spend actual money for this was like flushing my money down the toilet.

The visuals are unique and fantastic, and the audio work is really nice too. Animations have a nice stop-motion look to them, and angles are nicely exagerated. There's also a bunch of extra content, like concept art and behind the scenes, which I'm always a sucker for. But the gameplay is almost non-existent. Everything is like one of those Half Life 2 cutscenes, in that the whole scene plays out around you, but you have little interaction with it. There are a few moments in the game where you do something, and an out-of-place feeling "choose your ending" at the end, but the majority of the time, you're just looking around. If the price was any higher, this score would've been much lower, and I wouldn't have recommended it. But because it's so cheap, and the experience is still really neat, I can say it's a solid playthrough for one or two goes, since it's so short.

The team that put this together deserves some credit. It's an amazing experience. Truthfully...after five years of playing VR....I'm still blown away at some of the experiences that small indie teams are capable of. Keep it up!!! Games/videos/interactive experiences/social experiences/virtual travel....all of it. VR is awesome. Long story short, thanks for making such a great little experience :)
