Reflex Trainer XR is a fast paced reflex training experience built specifically for extended reality.

When the game starts, targets light up randomly in front of you. Your goal is simple: react as fast as possible and touch the correct target before time runs out. Every hit counts. Every millisecond matters.

Designed to feel natural in XR, Reflex Trainer XR combines physical movement, focus, and timing into short sessions that are easy to jump into and hard to master. The experience encourages hand eye coordination, reaction speed, and spatial awareness without complex controls or overwhelming visuals.

Reflex Trainer XR works standing and is suitable for quick daily training or longer focus sessions. No locomotion. No artificial movement. Just you, your hands, and your reflexes.

Perfect for players looking for a skill based XR experience, light fitness engagement, or a fun way to sharpen reaction speed.

Hit The High Lights

Refit XR is an excellent reaction light training system like those used in boxing gyms that makes exercising genuinely enjoyable. The workouts are well-paced, and easy to jump into, whether you’re a beginner or already fairly active. The visuals are clean and functional, and the tracking is generally solid, helping movements feel natural and responsive. That said, there’s still room for improvement. A bit more variety in environments and music would help keep long-term sessions feeling fresh and the ability to move and scale up or down the grid would be a massive improvement. Overall, Refit XR is a good VR fitness title that successfully blends fun and exercise. At the set price point it makes it worthy of 4 stars and I look forward to to the dev updating this when he can.

Fast Hands, Sharp Mind

This is a great game for players wishing to improve eye and hand coordination, I’m not sure this is a true fitness game, but is good for improving reflexes, I found as I played the game more my reflexes did improve. It’s good that you can increase the workout times. I am sure the Devs will be adding new features soon.

One of the Best VR Reflex Trainers

Highly recommended. This game is excellent for training reflexes, reaction time, and focus. The gameplay is simple, fast, and extremely effective after a few sessions, you genuinely feel sharper and quicker. It’s fun, intense, and a great VR workout. The only downside is the lack of levels. The core gameplay is so good that it really deserves much more content. I hope the developer adds more levels because I’d love to keep playing this for a long time :)

Very promising future for this game!

The interface is clean. I like the fact that you can play without controllers. Great for focus and stretching of the arm. This is maybe in it's early stage but is very promising. I wish they will add music or sound effects. Bring levels where 2 lights open at the same time so we can utilize both hands moving together. I can foresee a great potential in the future improvement of this game.

🎯 Fast, Addictive Reflex Training in MR

Refit XR is a sharp and engaging mixed reality reflex game where speed and precision are everything. You’re faced with 12 lights, and your goal is to hit as many moving targets as possible within a time limit you choose (starting from 30 seconds). Simple to understand, but surprisingly challenging to master. Thanks to mixed reality, it genuinely feels like playing a real arcade reaction game in your own space. It’s excellent for improving hand-eye coordination and staying mentally sharp, while also getting you moving. Perfect for quick sessions, Refit XR shines when chasing high scores—either trying to beat your own record or competing with friends. Easy to jump into, instantly fun, and highly replayable.
