Realistic 3D virtual personal trainer
What sets this APP apart from other fitness APPs is you'll get a very realistic looking 3D virtual personal trainer (and a very good looking one) to guide you through all the exercises. By completing exercises you can unlock more features, which is a good motivation. The graphics are good, and the atmosphere is good. Very good experience overall.

Reduces stress - and it works
I believe that the main reason for most diseases is stress. Not taking enough time to work on oneself, and keeping the tension high throughout the entire day: that's the best way to age super quickly. I notice with ReCharge that I feel completely relaxed and energized within 5 to 10 minutes. The music, the exercises, the personal trainer, it really works.

Very good but serious flaws
1. The trainer is not rotating. It means the trainer is in only one direction. You have to turn your head or come out of your posture to even see the trainer 2. No pause between posture change. The trainer instantly start the next posture while we are still coming out of previous posture 3. Trainer is too close. Literally 1 foot away. Can't change position . I tried in setting but don't see any. 4. I don't think the app is tracking you during workout . No feed back nothing. Pl take care of above.

Very good Mobility and Stretching App
This is part two of the series and i guess this should be included in Fitness One XR! But it is still great. To pay 20 Bugs more is not that great. Like in Fitness One other would be cool to have Trainings with Standing Positions only if you don’t have enough space to lay down! But i love the gentle athmosphere and of course the personal trainer (very good graphics).
