'Realms of Flow' is all about calming down and drifting away into deep and soothing states of mind. It utilizes a combination of high-framerate stereoscopic 180°-video and interactive elements for breathing, mindful listening, playfulness, humming, and frequency entrainment.
You can choose from several experiences, each one offering a different scenery, general atmosphere and meditative narration. In the Session Timing options you can set the start time and duration for the different guide features: Voice-over, Breathing Guide, Spatial Sounds, Humming Guide, Frequency Entrainment, and Element of Play. Each feature has various settings that you can adjust according to your preferences. For example, the breathing tempo, which affects a customizable visual focus object, can be a fixed user-defined tempo or controlled using your hand or belly movement.
The focus of this application is less on giving a step-by-step voice guidance, but on creating small cinematic journeys with a poetic and meditative touch.

It is difficult to find that true " wow factor" within the hardware of quest 3, that truly awe inspiring, jaw dropping moment when vr is truly surprising. I've played a lot of titles like Trip and liminal, a lot of the mediation apps, this is the best. Period. Jaw-dropping visuals, the ability to use brain wave and drainment and customize the sessions, closest to being on a psilocybin trip you will find! I hope they Continue to update this masterpiece

What I just experienced was so far beyond anything I thought the Quest headset was capable of, I feel compelled to update my initial review. The recent update introduced the experience called “Mellow Embrace”, and WOW! This presentation of visual and audio stimuli, is nothing short of EXQUISITE. I urge you to treat yourself to this new experience. Creativity-Actualized (Original review) This App is the evolution of Tech-Assisted Meditation Training. The high quality graphics are what caught my attention, but the professional quality / calibre of the voiceover dialogueand features such as breath indicators + binaural beats puts Realms of Flow on the cutting edge. The humming option combined with breath work is unique and powerful. The wide palette of customization options allows the user to completely optimize the experience on an individual basis. I have been in VR since day 1, and I always suspected that this medium would one day be a useful tool for those pursuing spiritual exploration, and Realms of Flow takes a giant step towards realizing that potential.

I've tried a few similar apps but was put off by the price of this. Snagged it during a 30% off sale and... wow! I'd pay full price now I've used it. Genuinely the best visuals I've seen on the meta quest 3. This is a real app, clearly made by people who know what they are doing. It's a huge install - but for a good reason! The only thing that would make this better is if it could react to my own choice of music. I'd die if that was added!

I’ve tried A LOT of meditation apps, both in the headset and on my phone. I’ve liked many of them, but I’ve never experienced anything like this one before. The graphics are gorgeous, for one, but the meditation experience blows me away. The combination of methodologies is fantastic. I especially love the humming sections. I’ve tried apps with humming breath work before, and have always felt rather silly doing it—and more to the point, I haven’t found it especially relaxing. (Perhaps because I feel self-conscious doing it.) But in this app, it’s almost magical. I can just feel my body and mind powering down, relaxing. I truly feel like I’ve reached a trance state, which I’ve never experienced before. Last night I did a 20 minute session. As soon as the session was over, I took a quick glance at my Fitbit to see what my heart rate was—and it was 54! My usual resting heart rate is 66. So when I say this app works for me, I’m not kidding. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try to meditation—or who has tried meditation before and not been in to it. And even for people who’ve been meditating for years (like me). I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

i've tried out all of the other meditation apps on the meta quest store and this is the best one that I've found so far. The visuals are breathtaking. It feels like i'm in a dream. The settings for each of the experiences allow almost complete control of the elements. I've purchased over 200 apps on the meta quest store, and this is the only one that i felt so compelled so far to write a review. Completely worth the cost. I give it my highest recommendation. I want to thank the developers of this software, and I look forward to seeing what else they create.
