Much more than I expected
When I first heard about RAUM, I thought it was just a nice, cool virtual reality platform that we could use to have meetings in a different way. Then I had the opportunity to attend their training sessions, and from the very beginning, I was very impressed. No kidding! It was so much more than what I expected it to be! What I liked the most was the fact that I was totally focused. Toooootally! I mean, no WhatsApp messages or emails were bothering me. I must confess, I lost track of time, which means I was also very much enjoying myself! What I learned is that it is a collaborative tool. I mean, if you want to keep sharing screens and PowerPoints on Zoom, go ahead... but if you truly want to work together... you’ve got to try RAUM. Not to mention, it is a state-of-the-art working space. It's almost dangerous, haha—you don't want to leave once you're there. I also really felt the presence of my colleagues. If someone goes to another space, you stop hearing them and have to ask, "Hey, where did you go?" which was fun. So, it's really like being there. And I'm not a huge fan of VR, but I started admiring it more after getting to know this platform. I even thought of using it to get together with my family since I live abroad. Amazing! Very well done, and I'm thankful I had this opportunity.
